We arrived at 3:30 and our room wasn’t ready. The staff comped us our parking and facility fee and got us into our room 1/2 hour later. The chair in the room was broken, the carpet was stained and worn. Lobby was very nice.

Fraudulent charges. Avoid.

Hotel itself was fine but check in was a disaster with lots of new staff, wrong charges put on credit card, then supposedly reversed, then a week later still fighting for a refund. Literally no charges incurred during the stay, no invoice showing charges, yet phantom charges in credit card more than double the cost of the actual room. Hour spent on phone over 3 days. Still no manager in contact to remedy or even discuss at manager level.

This hotel is in a great location! The staff were super friendly. Although I didn’t use the pool it looked great. The lobby was fun with games and a bar/snacks. The only thing missing was an in room coffee maker.

I like the area there is a lot close by. You feel safe and it’s so green. The room I got was verrrrry small but I picked the cheapest option so makes sense. And it was very humid in the room not kidding there was water on the inside of the window. The lobby is nice I love the decor and feel of it.
