The rooms are immaculate. The foyer is beautiful and has a well stocked little shop. My children loved the swingy chairs in the foyer! I wish there was milk in the rooms for coffee. Breakfast was varied, with hot and cold options. I wish there was more food allergen labelling for coeliacs, but this is an issue I found across France, so not an issue exclusive to this hotel. When we asked, there were eggs and fruit. On the whole, this hotel is very family friendly and welcoming. We would stay her again without hesitation and recommend it.

The place is disorganized: knowing shutttle's latest run is 11.30pm, I ran to the.neet point through the.airpory to make sure I'm there 15.min before 11.30pm. Just for be sure i called the hotel, 3 times my call wasn't answerd, in 4th time, at 11.29pm i reached the desk and i was told the same I knew: last one is at 11.30pm. The only thing is it never appeared. I had to take a taxi. Another rhing is lack of hygiene in the hotel: beaides some disgusting smadge in size of a.dinner plate on the restroom's floor, one of the towels had dirt on it. This place is the worst I stayed in many years, including Latin America.

We’ve stayed here several times now as it’s fairly close to CDG and reasonably priced. The desk staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are decent, and food is good. There is limited vegetarian options in dinner menu do we’ve ordered the same thing every time and brought it back to our room to eat. They put it on a tray so I room service myself. Pretty good. The breakfast has non dairy vegetarian options and decent bread. The staff there keeps it up well. Only problem on our last stay was that the tv wouldn’t turn on which was fine. Bed was comfy and shower decent. They have CDG shuttle service for free (plus tip) which is always busy. One time they added a second due to volume but the last time I had to call my own car because of the number of our suitcases. There is nothing near the hotel, as far as food or shopping but it feels safe and quiet. Will stay here again and I would recommend to others.

Yes the room was spotless. Yes the deak staff was courteous. No the online chat did not work. My flight was delayed. I took a taxi to get to the hotel. I do not speak French and i have never been to France.

Room was nice - big comfy bed and huge TV. Bathroom was nice and clean. The shuttle was very convenient. Breakfast was good, but ate at the restaurant the night before and it was really not good. It took a long time and was not very enjoyable (besides the onion soup)

Great, comfortable room for three and very good VIP amenities (free drinks, appetizer). Efficient check in and check out. Only reason it is not 5 stars is because of lack of sound proofing on lower floor(s) and we didn’t have hot water in the evening—although it was there in the morning.

Everything was great from check in, the amenities, the play area for children, dinner and breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. I have honestly never seen a television so large, especially in a hotel room ! The only complaint is the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The directions from The Jangle were clear and the map was entertaining to watch, but the duration at which we had to wait was very long.
