Had to get away for the holidays and Travelodge was the most economic and convenient. Everything in the room worked. Fridge, microwave, tv, ac, iron, etc. I had everything I needed for the 5 nights I stayed. Hotels.com had the cheapest rate. There’s a great coffee shop Koffi Cafe right close by and many restaurants to choose from. I barely ran into other guests. Daily coffee was in the lobby and the staff were welcoming and helpful. When I extended my stay, it wasn’t hard at all to keep the same room. Easy in and easy check out. I’ll definitely book again.

The building has run past it's usefulness. The room smelled. The up keep of the paint, casework was terrible. The shower did not work well. The place is disgusting. Never ever will stay there. I will tell everyone I know not to go.

Hotel attendant is helpful but the first room given to us had a very strong chemical smell. We asked if we can be moved and was told the carpet just got shampoo the day before we checked in. We don't think so. Another issue was that the doors don't lock at all! Good thing no items were lost when we stepped out for a bit. Maintenance tried to fix the door can so we waited for more than 30 minutes but they cant so we got moved to a different room. This should had been done when we complained about the smell but they told us they are fully booked which I know is not true. We also saw small cockroaches. We just let is pass since we were leaving the next day. The reviews and photos online were deceiving. We are never picky family but this is beyond what we expect and deserve!

Stayed 3 1/2 days and when no services happened we asked for towels, garbage removal etc. was told you only get service if ask for it. But we had not been informed of this. Also we told them the supposed disability shower bracket was broken. We were told that if clients don’t inform them they don’t know something needs fixing. Any service provider to the room could see the bracket was broken if they actually cleaned the shower. Their repair man did make a workable fix to the shower that night. So asked for room cleaning, towel change, bed change etc and specified 10 am the next day. When returned the evening of the 5 th day absolutely nothing had been done. Again went to desk and was just told sorry I only work the desk. I am surprised at this poor representation of Wyndham motels. Totally unsatisfied.

The best was the hot tub by far and the price was good . The bed was a little bit uncomfortable and the worst part was that there were a couple of cockroaches .
