Paid for early check in but arrived only 30 minutes before regular checkin time and our room was not clean. We did not get early check in and were told we needed to contact the manager to get our $30 early check in rate back, which we still have not been contacted about. We were assigned another room but we had to get new key cards three separate times because they wouldn’t work and the lamp in our room never worked. Beds were clean in the second room though.

After we received our key, we drove to our building to reach our room. Already i can see the hotel is a bit run down, with paint peeling and the wood chipping around the entire exterior of the buildings. One of the beds what broken, with a big dent in the middle of the bed. Not sure how this was missed during cleaning of the room. I went to go ask for a new room and explained the reason. They gave us a new room which smelled musty and truly unpleasant. Wyndham needs to remodel/renovate this entire hotel. We found various stains on the walls, carpet, lamps, the bathroom door couldn't even close, stains in the shower walls and various other things. Dont let the pictures on the website fool you. The only reason im not giving it a 1 star is because the area was pretty quiet at night and we did not hear much noise from other rooms around us. Unless they knew better than to stay here. I highly doubt this place has gotten any sort of upgrades since the 90s. Definitely disappointed in this stay and i hope Wyndham invests into renovation for this location.

Do not stay at this hotel!!! We were asleep when our door opened around 2:35am a man dressed all in black telling us we are trespassing and we need to get out. Then he realized it was a mistake and closed the door. I called front desk the lady that answered said how did you get into the room we don’t have you registered for that room. I gave her my full name told her I did check in earlier with a young man. Apparently the guy that checked me in forgot to update our room information. I couldn’t stay a minute longer turned in my keys and drove home. This place is unsafe and dirty. It’s disgusting and smells horrible. Avoid this place!!!

The sheets in the bed were clean. The bed was comfortable and the towels were ok. The room smelled mouldy. The telephone in the room did not work. The desk attendant was quite rude about me using the phone in the lobby. I have in the past been very happy with Travelodge, however after this stay.....I'm out!

It’s a long story but we were given THREE separate rooms. First had obscenity carved on vanity (F-YOU) in huge letters, black mold 1/2 deep in shower. Food in fridge and micro. 2nd room wasn’t cleaned either- toilet paper stuffed around door jamb. Mold in bathroom, food spattered in fridge. 3rd room, front office staff came with us. Staff found whole pizza box with leftovers in microwave, mold in bathroom, someone had kicked in bathroom door- whole jamb cracked and door couldn’t close and there is blood spray down bathroom door. Staff was even disgusted and disclosed those were “best” room he had. Other building (there are 2) was full of cockroaches. We left. Fighting with Expedia and hotel to get our money back. We were stuck in palm springs with nowhere to go. Absolutely filthy horrible experience. Place needs health department closure!

Safety issues. Phone in the room was non-operational. Aside from state law requiring some way to call emergency services, it’s just completely unsafe to offer a non-operational phone. Maybe even worse than having no phone at all. Luckily I tried to call the front desk about the broken shower because I needed a shower after driving many hours. Also, the front door clearly had been broken down at some point and fixed in a very poor way. Bathroom door had punctures in it. Did I mention the shower was broken? I let the front desk know, and then the manager in the morning. General manager was supposed to contact me and I have not heard from him. I do not recommend this place at all.

Gross ! Won’t come back.

This hotel is extremely rundown. Everything needs to be upgraded. Holes in the walls and tv stand cracked and broken. Everything is outdated. The outlets in the room are falling apart and didn’t hold my phone charger. Our carpet was wet I’m guessing from a cleaning but you couldn’t tell bc it’s from 1970. Only has shampoo in the shower no conditioner. The fire alarm system was also red tagged back in March.
