Place is a dump! Keycards barely work without Jerry rigging them (was told by staff to pull door in and bend card down while inserting/removing) after going back because I couldn’t get the dirt open. Bed is atrociously uncomfortable. Floor carpet felt damp. Bathroom is downright scary dirty - I didn’t even want to take a shower it felt so dirty. You can hear everybody around you through the paper thin walls. Couldn’t check out fast enough… the front desk guy - Dave was extremely nice and helpful for what it’s worth.. place just needs major updating.

How do we get a refund.? The room had cockroaches crawling around and smelled like insecticides and fungicide. The room wasn’t cleaned well . Pubic hair in bathroom. No bathroom fan , torn carpet , broken furniture. We couldn’t sleep due to the conditions. We didn’t shower and left earlier than expected. Absolutely unbelievable that they rent a room in this condition for $185. The place had good reviews .The place is misrepresented online . It was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in.

The staff was great thy were very helpful and friendly, this review in no way reflects on them. The whole property seemed run down but The room was just in rough shape, wallpaper stained and peeling, bathroom tiles cracked and loose but the worst part was the carpet near the vanity smelled like piss and whatever they used to try and mask the smell or just the cleaner they use was overwhelming. I had to leave the window open the whole time. The pictures on the listing were deceiving but you get what you pay for I guess. It was cheap compared to everyw

The room was smelly and infested with roaches! In the bed, pillows, on the walls, and crawling on the mini refrigerator. Just awful. Do not book here!

The hotel is in terrible shape, the room smelled horrible, everything at this place was old and in bad condition. The hall light outside our room was out and that section was very dark making us feel very unsafe. I don’t think I will ever stay here

The room was quite dated especially the bathroom, poor caulking, difficult to use shower, lousy shower head etc. The parking lot was full of pot hole. Some guy with a shopping cart left one of the rooms in a frantic hurry in the morning perhaps he was on some city welfare voucher. Parking lot is full of pothole and very poor pavement. Sad because this is really an ideal location. Hotel is a total "fixer." However, a great shout out to the security guard, he patrols, attentive, great attitude and takes his job seriously. All staff in general very pleasant and welcoming, they just have to work with a hotel neglected by owners. Pool looks actually ok and clean from a distance, but did not use it. Avoid if possible.

It was the worst hotel experience in my life. I woke up at 2 AM and found cockroach on my bed and freaked out. I sat in a chair next to a desk and saw another cockroach on the desk. I walked into the bathroom and found two cockroaches in the bathroom. I found a cockroach on the mirror at the sink. I saw a cockroach crawling on the floor. I saw a cockroach crawling up the wal. I went to the front desk and showed him a picture of a cockroach and they said sorry we have no other rooms available. So they couldn’t move me to a different room. I stayed up all night sitting in the chair because I was so freaked out about all the cockroaches. I didn’t know where to go. Hotels.com said they couldn’t help me because it was 3 AM. I didn’t get any sleep that night and it basically ruined my trip. How does this hotel rent out rooms when they know they have a cockroach problem. Disgusting.

Rooms were clean but smelled of mold. Lots of water damage- pool should have been heated for this time of year. Many complained about this while we were there. As much as they were clean rooms your maintenance has failed. Loved your staff- super friendly ladies at the desk.
