NASTY

We knew this was gonna be a nasty hotel when we pulled in the parking lot, which was cracked in potholes and it looked like they hadn’t done any work on the property for 20 years. Buildings were rundown extremely weathered hadn’t been painted in probably 20 years. We got to our room and it was nasty. We settled in and there were cockroaches crawling the walls. I went to the office and got another room which was even worse. The carpet was nasty and had been repaired and plugs that didn’t even look like it was done by a person who knew that what they were doing. There was mold in the shower and mold in the sink. The door was broken as Well, as the bathroom door, see pictures actually both bathroom Doors. Wallpaper and room was peeling off.. It was probably one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. I guess Wyndham doesn’t have standards for their properties, this is the worst one I’ve ever seen

Not recommended

Forgot about the fact that it was super over priced for what you get in a run down building, the hotel key card wasn’t working. We arrived there at 8:30 and checked in. Drove back to our room which is 3 buildings down from the office. The door is not opening. I called the front desk, she says you have to try it many times fast and slow. I couldn’t open it. I told her to send someone to help, she said I don’t have anyone until 9 pm. I lost it there and got so upset. My son tried another 50 times. It finally opened. Same thing the next time we wanted to open the door. If you can help it, don’t come here.

Mold smell was strong. Small cockroaches and centipedes in bath and bed walls. Huge Palmetto bug in bathroom. When I advised the front desk clerk, they said "it's the desert, we have these bugs". When I said so it's supposed to be ok, they again said "it's the desert". Lots of deferred maintenance here (mold under peeling wallpaper, crumbling and moldy bathroom, no bug mitigation). Front desk clerks don't seem happy to work there. No maid service during 4 day stay, but they did bring towels as requested. Expected more, even "in the desert".

Stray away - Don’t stay

I’m not one to complain but come on!!! How much money does one need to pay to have a satisfactory stay?? Check in was fine and staff were very nice and friendly. I don’t blame any of them for my review. 2 night stay was about $750. I would expect, at least, a clean comfortable room. 1. The whole place is worn out. Wood trim and door cracked, falling apart and DIRTY. 2. Paint faded and dirty. Why not slap a little paint on the doors and walls once in a while? 3. Walls dirty 4. Wet spot on carpet in bathroom 5. Older motor home parked in parking lot with family staying in it. Would have been nice to get a heads up on that one. For all we knew there was a homeless family camping out next our room? Frankly, I was embarrassed to inquire at the front desk. 6 The driveway and lot were full of pot holes and gravel. 7 Dog allowed to wonder around the hotel grounds off leash and in watched by anyone. I love dogs but at least make people leash their dogs! 8 The mattress in our room was really uncomfortable. Shoulder pain all day from sleeping on it. 9 Chair had stain from someone’s hair product(s) I assume. 10 Plastic shower faucet dial was so old I thought I was going to break it. Hot water ran out this morning and took a luke warm shower. I could go on but you get the idea. We won’t be returning to this hotel.

First thing I saw were cockroaches when I walked in the room. Had no choice, was the last room so had to kill them before my family agreed to stay. Facilities are old, and have not been kept up. Old mattresses with springs making noises every time I turned. Will never stay here again nor recommend to anyone else.

I was extremely disappointed with this property. The place is in terrible shape, mold in the bathroom, sunk bed, dirty sheets, stained towels, bugs crawling, weird carpet smell, no hospitality from front desk when checking in, a total debacle. We had a late check in and early check out the next morning. Seriously considered finding another place to stay, but we were too tired to move. Will never stay there again, and would absolutely not recommend it!
