The staff was lovely, Rebecca was friendly and made me feel welcomed. The room was a different story, it had wallpaper, peeling off the walls, stains, and the carpet was so dirty. It turned to our feet black.

Had to call maintenance to get a working TV remote bc the one inside the room itself was off brand with tape around it and not working. Tv stand was broken. The shower looked like the paint was following off, ceiling had water damage. Bed hard as a rock. And the key to the door didn’t work half half the time. If I was being followed or chased I’d been kidnapped. The staff was nice, they did respond kindly to the remote issue and requesting to be in the top floor got full filled but for $250 I expected a lot better. Didn’t need to be a grand hotel but at least worth the money.

Felt very low budget. The bathroom was gross and the shower/tub insert was discolored and poorly epoxied around the handle. A silverfish dropped out of the towel when I unfolded it. Every single outlet in the room was in use by lamps, TV, fridge, microwave, alarm clock, hairdryer, etc. I had to unplug lamps to charge my phone and watch. My parents also booked a room and their tub clogged during a morning shower and would not drain so only one of them was able to shower. Also the grab bar was not mounted correctly and they specifically had a room on the first floor due to mobility issues. There was no breakfast option, just coffee. My parents experienced dirty water when trying to fill the in-room coffee pot. You do get what you pay for in this price range but I definitely expected cleaner and less shoddy due to the Wyndham connection.

I don’t know how this place is still up and running! I was giving room 133 as soon as we went in we seen roaches crawling everywhere. It smelled like mold still smoke, and the room was damp. Went back to the desk. They gave me room 127, which was more of the same roaches everywhere with the same smell and dampness. We left the property immediately we had to put down $100 deposit and $40 for our dog for $10 a night pet fee. We have yet to be refunded this money and the manager refuses answer or respond to my calls. Whenever I called, they said the manager was off property. Apparently the staff knew that they had a roach problem. I feel a state inspector should pay them a visit. I don’t understand why Expedia even has them listed on their site. I had to talk to multiple supervisors and managers from Expedia in order to get a full refund. Travelodge by Wyndham in Palm Springs California is definitely an uninhabitable place that provides hazardous accommodations, and a disreputable, negligently managed to establishment.

Rooms had no fans in the bathroom and smelled musty/moldy. On our 2nd night someone knocked on my door at 10pm, and continued knocking. Called security, good response. Weird story and did not like the vibe. To top it all off, my daughter found a 3 inch long roach on her bag as she was zipping it up the morning we left. Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room had extreme mold. Once we walked into the room we could smell the dampness and upon looking around there was obvious molding on the walls.
