The person up front was very friendly and kind but after that it went all down hill..walk into our room and it smells moldy walk towards the bathroom and multiple cockroaches on the wall decide to take a deeper look around and multiple leaks in the ceiling with stains, mold on the baseboards in the bathroom from the exhaust fan not being good enough..shower head very clogged and water went everywhere when turned on…woke up in the morning and needed to iron a pair of pants and the iron was full of dirty rusty water…I don’t recommend staying here unless in a pinch and need too.

The room I stayed in was neglected as it appeared old and tired. The light switch upon entering didn't work, one of the lamps by the bed flickered on and off, and the TV remote wasn't programmed correctly. Aside from these easily fixable issues, the bed was comfortable and everything else worked fine.

Quiet, easy walk to groceries, great restaurants and downtown. Incredible Mountain View’s, best in the valley from my perspective, great rooms if you can overlook to older details, but always a great stay at a wonderful price. Coffee all day in the lobby, laundry, great pool area, convenient parking near room, excellent location, 5 minutes from the airport and overall peaceful experience every time I stay here. I recommend no matter what the budget, if you have a limited budget, the stay is worth every penny and you can spend your savings on so many cool adventures, restaurants and so much more here in Palm Springs!!

AVOID. My immunocompromised wife and I chose this place after many reviews stating that the rooms are clean and well kept. The price was absolutely attractive, how bad could it be? Never ask that question. Pet friendly room 165 smelled like a cat box. Absolutely awful stench of cat urine. Returned to front desk to request a different room because the pet friendly room smelled bad. The person at the front desk said, and I quote, 'all of the pet friendly rooms smell.' The same gentleman assigned us to room 171. Room 171 smelled like human urine, mildew, and body odor. There was no way we could stay in there. If the room had been any more expensive, I would be more inclined to fight the refusal of the property to refund me for my stay. Shame on me, I guess. Instead, I'll just leave this review for anyone who may find it helpful. Don't throw your money on the ground and light it on fire to stay here.
