What I didn't like was that I was charged $20 a day to park my car even though there was nothing online about parking fees or anything said about it when reservations were made. There was just a sign on the registration dessk statting there was now a parking fee. Very underhanded way of doing business. Almost like a bait and switch practice.

The room was filthy and not what I had reserved. The window did not fully close and there was a dog barking loudly. I request another room. They told me they didn't have another room. I booked this room months in advance and had no where to go at midnight.
