Not a restful stay

The property is really nice and the breakfast was excellent. My problem was with the construction of the building. You hear every sound from the hallways to the plumbing. I literally did not get much sleep because of the ambient noise from other guests. Staff was apologetic.

Very clean and safe. Staff was very friendly. Only negative was we had a room right next to the elevator (Room 219) and the lady at the desk said that we wouldn't hear it. Oh was she ever wrong! Nonstop noise from 6 am until we checked out at 10. But I would stay there again next concert we attend in the area, just not that room.

Pleasant stay!

Stay was pleasant. I would had given it 5 stars had there been a variety in breakfast. Been to other hotels where they would change it up daily, but it was the same each morning. I know, it shouldn't matter, but I chose my spots based on whether they serve breakfast or not. After awhile I can only do so much biscuit and gravy and the same omelet and scrambled eggs... sorry. Short of that, the stay was nice.

Great Hotel Getaway

This is my go to hotel when i need a quick getaway. The check in staff is always welcoming and accommodating. The last few visits the check out staff weren't very friendly, but i still love staying here.

The staff is excellent. Eva and the lady (never got her name) who was there in the daytime are awesome. My only issue was in check in and somehow the rooms for my three associates were cancelled with no reason and no communication that it had occurred. Considering how late in the day it was, it was extremely inconvenient. Other than that, this property was awesome. Both attendants were extremely helpful, especially Eva during the three room cancellation debacle. She guided me towards some great restaurants and is all in all a very kind soul. You have a gem working that front desk in the evenings. A good experience overall despite the cancellation issues my team had to deal with.
