Everything was great. The man and woman at check in were nice and helpful but I did not appreciate another lady at checkout who kept badgering my husband two different times where he was checking out and that she needed the room keys back when he was going back and forth to load the car. We had already paid and I was still in the room. It felt harassing and un inviting.

The property was dated. Tub drain was very slow. We reported at departure since we were there for only 1 night. By the way, the front desk checked us into a double queen-bed room instead of a king-bed room.

Pleasant room on first floor with high ceiling. The staff was very courteous and the breakfast was above average. Only disappointment was sound proofing was weak. I someone closed a door nearby with any energy, or talked as they walked down the hall, we could follow the whole conversation. Also, in the morning people the running water flowing through pipes in the inner wall from other people's showers was quite loud. Maybe this wouldn't happen if you are on the highest floor, but it was certainly a loud sound at 6 AM on the bottom floor.

The most important and kind of shocking thing to note was the intense water pressure in the shower. How do they get that much water in the middle of the desert. It should be illegal. I felt like I drove the whole town into drought with a single shower. Otherwise very kind staff, lovely view of the mountains from the dining area. Breakfast was good, especially the biscuits great, but of course not the best ingredients. High fructose corn syrup etc. Coffee served in the lobby also not the best. Both my husband and I had a bad reaction to it. But tea selection was ok. Would be nice to have herbal teas.

Not child friendly. The manager yelled at my 19 month old. Staff not friendly except one Asian lady who was kind. Food for breakfast the same during 6 day stay. Items ran out every day. Although reminded multiple times in the morning on Christmas day, the did not clean our room. Never stay here again. The management needs an overhaul. Everybody needs to be taught a lesson in customer service.
