The property is nice. The pool area is kept well and is a nice area to swim and relax. This time our room was not ready until 4pm and we were told to go to another building which there were no rooms. The check in was terrible and the staff should be more familiar with process.

A family friendly place to stay in order to have access to lots of activities right at your door steps! Stayed at the Seasons as part of the village suites and the room was perfectly comfortable and well equipped! Could have been a bit cleaner but overall happy with the stay!

The property and the views were beautiful. The restaurants were expensive for what you got and there is a village tax and a credit card tax on all purchases to be aware of. It wasn’t very clear when we booked about parking or if we would have to pay any extra resort fees. We weren’t really sure what was included and what wasn’t. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly. For the price of the room it was a little dated and not the same as the pictures. I'm not sure if it was blood on the top sheet of one of the beds but it looked like it. As I laid a mat out to play with my newborn I found dead insect remains on the carpet.

The room was great. Very homey. The staff was good. The village was busy as usual. Merchants in villages charge a great deal more for items especially the villages market. Bring your own groceries.
