We didn’t receive our room until 8:30pm. We checked in early, and were told housekeeping was finishing some last minute items. We booked this hotel with the expectation that check in would be at 4pm (as per the confirmation). We asked for house keeping during our stay multiple times, and they did not arrive.

Staff were as helpful as could be but the check in process was awful - took 45 min in line to be told the room was not ready. Was close to 7 PM before we were able to get into the room when check in was supposed to be 4 PM. Room amenities were good but not ideal for an elevator to be out of service and the remaining elevator very slow to run. Ski valet was efficient and convenient. Repair shop did a quick turn around for our tune ups. Shuttles were convenient also. Disappointed that Ridge Runner did not open until 12 noon and that the ride is so inefficiently run, resulting in 1.5 hr lineups regularly. Skating trail was lovely and rental staff helpful.

Excellent stay overall. The staff provided outstanding service, especially the reception team who were welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Parking was easy and hassle-free. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to the resort, restaurants, shopping, and winter activities. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and our suite had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Entering the hotel lobby was very chaotic and cars are everywhere, the person at check in didn’t explain very well that there are different sections at the underground parking so we end up in the different building.. I found it very confusing for a first timer..room was clean but smelly..bed was ok but pillows are not comfortable..location is great and close to everything

We stayed at Weider Lodge – Village Suites by Blue Mountain Resort on the fourth floor and really enjoyed our Family Suite—it was very nice and comfortable. The lodge is the closest to the mountain, making skiing extremely convenient. There is no indoor pool, and the outdoor pool was closed for the winter season. The amenities include outdoor jacuzzis, a sauna, and a gym, which are shared. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the location is unbeatable.

Check-in for all Village Suites was consolidated to Grand Central leading to a long wait. Check in staff Mari, did not greet us, did not say hi, did not confirm my name except to say “ID” and “write your email”. The interaction was BIZARRE and we were provided incorrect info on where to park. Service standards at Blue Mountain resort has dropped DRAMATICALLY in recent years.

Always wonderful staying at Blue Mountain Village Suites. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the location is amazing. The only gripe I have is I couldn't find a number to reach the front desk.
