Great location in village and view of ski hill. But dissatisfied with the service. Stayed 3 nights, came back after a full day of room not clean or fresh towels? Spoke to front desk didn’t know we needed to request should have been told at check in. Went for late dinner and had requested to be done while out or at least fresh towels . Nope , called down to front desk got the towels and said please put this down to be done for sure tomorrow. Nope came back after a full day and had to speak to house keeping I found in the hall. Either be clear at checkin or have something to hang on door please clean!

I understood that these things happen, but when check in is 4p, your room should be ready at 4p. We couldn't get into our room until nearly 530. The room was clean and in good condition, but there was no conditioner.

Clean room, great location and proximity to lift, spacious. Only complaint was housekeeping was done on request only. That was never communicated to us at checkout. Why would I not want my room to be cleaned and coffee restocked? Isn’t that the whole point of paying for a hotel room. Food for thought on changing the policy and being clear in communicating this policy.
