Everything was excellent! The only disappointment was the pool. It needs to be updated to give more a resort vibe. I wish there was pool side service for drinks and snacks. Life guards were attentive and felt safe with them watching the small ones. Hot tub was also nice.

We stay here every time we come to the area. We love its proximity to family and the village/restaurants nearby. We usually love our stay at the hotel but this time wasn’t as great. Our main complaint and dislike this time was the lack of understanding regarding our accommodation needs as a family of 4. We were fairly long term guests ($) and we were given a tiny room extremely far from the elevators. We have two small toddlers so this was beyond inconvenient. Given our lengthy stay we figured there might be some consideration taken to place us somewhere with space and convenience. A mini fridge for over a week long stay? That was a treat with small kids. None of this was taken into consideration and when I went to the front desk to ask for something more convenient, the price for a change was ridiculous. Any other time we’ve come there has been such great effort to be accommodating, this time fell horribly short. It’s summer, and it was during the week. So off season and not even a weekend. And yet we were stuck. There was even talk about staying elsewhere next time we visit because we were so disappointed, which is sad given every other time has been great. Hoping this reaches the right people and there are special considerations moving forward for more long term and faithful guests. The hot tub jets weren’t function in some areas and the tub was dirty and full with hair. Also we had guests come for lunch at the restaurant get tickets in the parking area.

My first time here and won't be the last time. Staff here is nice and friendly. However, the waitress I had for breakfast at O&B restaurant not friendly at all, no greeting, no smile. I asked for sugar and cream for my coffee, she just took it from my sister's side which my sister needed to ask for hers. Didn't come to ask us how we are doing at all. Other waitress seems nice, except the one we had.

The property offers a lot of options. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious with a great view of Blue Mountain and very quiet. The bathroom was not stocked properly and was missing towels and the robes that should have been there. The kitchen also could have used a good scrubbing as there were a fair amount of food marks on the cabinet doors and side of the countertops. Overall, I will go back and found it a good deal.

Had an amazing stay here at Westin trillium. The staff was so friendly and gave me and my wife free vouchers for our honeymoon. (Shout out to Navneet) The resort is top notch and beautiful and the activities at blue mountain is a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend

Lovely property close to all the activities and attractions. We had a nice room, balcony, small kitchen and table and chairs, fireplace, seating area. Bathroom was spacious. The hotel restaurant was nice and we enjoyed complimentary breakfast at Oliver and Bonnacini as a Marriott/Bonvoy member. Parking and Blue Mountain activities were included in the resort fee.

I recently stayed at The Westin Trillium House, Blue Mountain and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The heated pool and hot tub were a great bonus after a day out. I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back!
