The room type 544 one bedroom suite was a beyond terrible layout with the tilted ceiling deciding the space offering no view unless standing in front. Last year the basic room facing the village was amazing. Don’t upgrade for a waste. The O & B restaurant has declined in food quality and service since last year. We’re disappointed and not sure to return.

Very clean and spacious room, outdoor hot tub and heated pool, fitness room, family room for children to play, nice restaurant and bar, underground parking when its cold or snowing outside so no need to clean or warm up the car. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recieved a bottle of wine complimentary for celebrating wedding anniversary. Few minutes walking distance from from the village where the fun things are. Overall, had a wonderful stay and would definately do it again.

Staff was excellent. Proximity to the Village was awesome. Having an Oliver and Bonacini on site was a plus for easy access to great food. The rooms are starting to show their age. The fan in the ventilation system was loud and the room was hot (4th floor) The mandatory resort fee “collected on site” was annoying.

The location and amenities are fantastic but the staff are even better. Pierre at the front desk went above and beyond for our daughters’ best friends’ first visit to Blue Mountain. We had a lovely experience with every staff member we encountered and can’t wait to return again and again.

We had a great stay at the Westin Trillium House in Blue Mountain. The property and location are perfect—steps from the village and ideal for a quick weekend getaway. It’s especially well-suited for families with small children. Our crib request was ready on arrival, and the room layout worked perfectly, with the crib comfortably set up in the second room so our little one could sleep without disruption. The village was decorated beautifully as the holiday season kicked off, which made the whole experience feel even more special. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be back.
