Toilet was not clean, smoke detector had a plastic bag over it, There was food left in cupboard. Light over hot tub did not work. Switch on did not have cover. Only had 3 towels. Went down for breakfast and there was no food no coffee. We had to go out for breakfast. The lobby had a funky smell. I was greeted with a man that stated he would not check me in. Another man came out and the other guy told him what do. It was strange and awkward I would never stay there again

parking was easy but I am not sure how secure it was. The room was ok. Temp control was poor, very humid / stuffy. Felt dirty throughout the hotel. Staff were nice but not promptly available. The 6 am breakfast was still being set up at 8 am.

Just skip this one!

Awful! The hotel online looked VERY different than online. This was easily the the worst hotel experience I have ever had. “Continental Breakfast” includes one option. No juice. No fruit. No eggs. Rotten milk. No oatmeal or cereal. Literally JUST biscuits and gravy. The hotel is OLD and DIRTY. We pulled the sheets back to ensure it was “clean enough”. We ended up sleeping ON top of the cover.

My daughter and I both got bed bug bites (which have been confirmed by my doctor). This was a terrible experience. The rooms have a strong musty smell. The bathroom appeared dirty. The towels were literally threadbare. To their credit, they immediately offered me a full refund. But I would never recommend this hotel.

Security door lock broken on none lobby door. Mentioned to morning clerk and he denied door key entry was broken. Talked to a person who was staying there for a month and he said door was that way for a month. Needs to be fixed for safety of customers.
