The staff at the front desk were amazing! Even the restaurant staff were so pleasant and helpful. The free airport shuttle was so convenient. They are available 24/7 every 10 to 15 minutes. The rooms were clean and service was great. If I ever go to Rome again I would definitely stay here.

No cutlery in room, restaurant feels cantine-like, it is very pricy compared to the general quality-level of the place, it is not stated that clearly that it is NOT the Hilton in walking-distance to airport (of course our own fault, but we met other people that accidentally went to the other Hilton as well thinking it was that one), and shuttle bus doesn't stop by departure, but arrival area of airport. Overall a frustrating stay when travelling with two kids.

This hotel was exactly what we needed. The rooms were clean. There was a shuttle every 15 minutes to the airport so you could catch public transportation into Rome to see the sights. Breakfast was amazing. Will definitely stay again when traveling to Rome.
