Hotel is a 5-7 minute walk from Kitahama station. Around the area there are eateries and convenience stores which make travellers easy for their quick fix meal. The staff there are polite and friendly. It would be perfect if the room is bigger, otherwise all is good!

The room we stayed in was dirty. Stains on the floor and the wall. Expedia information was misleading because it said it was a 3 minute drive to Dotombori-bashi but it isn’t.

This a great location and close to the subway station. The room was great for what we needed it for, sleep and shower. Although it was small, we made it work - 2 large luggage and one carry on.

Loved the staff. The rooms were clean. They provide plenty of amenities. Free drinks after 11 am and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The lady from the breakfast buffet was super nice.

Very very tiny and not clean at all! Our bathroom smelled like urine! The toilet was super dirty. Our bed sheet had a big stain that looked like old blood. Then we saw what was bed bugs! We told the front desk but they didn’t do anything about because of the language barrier and just said oh we don’t understand.

Great little find!

Very new hotel, so everything was nice and clean. Bathroom wasn't musty like a lot of places. Front desk was helpful, and the location is excellent for exploring downtown Osaka.
