The rooms were big and clean. location of hotel is near the major train station and within walking distance of Kuromon Market and Dotonburi. Our room came with breakfast but the spread was very limited and food quality was only average.

This location is quieter and nicer than the other Hotel S-Presso, in my opinion. Entrance is private and tucked into a side street. Drink vending machine at entrance and Lawson is 1 min walk away. Good access to Namba station with JR, Subway, and train lines. Right across from a large shopping center Namba Parks, many Japanese and Western shops. Quieter Kura Sushi location than most in Osaka. So close to Brooklyn Roasting Company and Whisk Up, excellent choices for coffee and breakfast.

如果習慣無櫃台人員服務的話

還是不大習慣沒有櫃檯服務人員的飯店，完全自助，聯絡需用emai，要馬上等客服回複email，要請房務清潔房間都要提早聯絡，不然當天早上太慢告知就不會來整理，其他是都還好，都不錯，位置其實很好，從機場坐南海電車就會到，不用坐JR到難波再走10幾分鐘到飯店，尤其拖著行李走很遠是折磨，回台灣又拖一段路坐JR更是累，還是很推薦這家，如果你可以習慣無櫃台服務的話

ビジホよりずっと良い！

出張での利用だったが、一般的なビジネスホテルとは違って部屋が広めなので初めて泊まってみた。 チェックインもアウトも全てオンラインで済み、徹底的に無人でセルフサービスなのは悪くない。 朝食だけはスタッフが作っていて、内容もサラダからサンドイッチ、フルーツ、焼きそばや炒め物、揚げ物まであり充実していたのはとても良かった。 送ってきたメールに朝食は予約が必要と書かれていたが、実際は不要。 シャンプー類もクオリティは悪くなくて、全体にはビジホよりとても良かった。

Hotels.com記載の住所と実際の住所が間違っています。 一体何を考えているのでしょうか？ホテルとしてというよりは、ビジネスとして最低限ができていません。 サイトに記載の住所を元に予定も組んでいたため、大変な迷惑を被りました。 この件について、フロントの方とのやりとりに際にお詫びはあったものの、私としては以下を求めます。 ・ホテルからの正式な謝罪 ・以下の迷惑を被ったことに対しての補償 - 深夜に到着したので、早く休みたかったのに、間違った住所の周辺を30分彷徨った。 - 新しい住所とは、15分ほど歩く場所であった。非常にストレスフルだった。 - 基本的なところで、迷惑を被ったおかげで、ホテルステイを全く楽しめなかった。 以上です。誠実な対応を求めます。
