The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located to Shinsaibashi shopping area. The staff was very nice and incredibly helpful from beginning to end. The front desk team were very helpful with luggage transfer and storage, explaining amenities, and very patient. I would absolutely recommend it and will stay again.
