I would rate my stay at WoodSpring Suites Orlando I-4 & Convention Center 2 stars. I chose this hotel due to limited options during the Kitchen and Bath Show in Orlando, and while it was on the affordable side, you get what you pay for. I didn’t expect luxury, but there were still a few notable issues. There were no toiletries provided, no room service on the second day, and the bed was an uncomfortable metal frame that squeaked with every movement. Regarding my colleague’s room, there was no hairdryer. Despite requesting one on the first evening, we were informed it would be available the next day. However, even after follow-ups, no hairdryer was provided the next morning, and we were told one might be available the following day — which was after our departure. In addition, I paid for two rooms but only received the invoice for one. On a positive note, the hotel was clean, and the coffee was hot. It’s an okay option for the price, but I’ll choose a more convenient hotel and book earlier next time.

Terrible service. We paid $450 a night and there is no iron, no coffee, and the kicker was there was no hairdryer. The coffee in the lobby was terrible, and upon arrival, the check-in was horrible. The room was clean. The pillows are every bit of 10 years old. Just not a good experience.

All amenities are kept at the front desk, there’s signage all over giving the feel that it’s a dorm or a very extended stay for a lot of families. The staff was very kind and informative but I stayed for 13 days, took my own trash out and switched my own towels. Never once did anyone attempt to clean or service my room.

We had issues upon arrival. I along with a few other guests were waiting for someone to come an check us in. When a representative did finally come he checked me in and was handing me the room keys and at that time told me the elevator was out. I told him I have multiple disc herniations and couldn't carry things up 4 flights and asked for a lower floor. He said sorry fully booked. The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair on one of the beds. a bug in shower and the window was open and room had a smell. At 11pm we left and came back and the room keys wouldn't open the outside door. The guy at the desk was different and I said my key didnt work. I handed him keys and he asked room number and gave new keys. He DID NOT ASK FOR ID. In the am I took a shower and there was NO Hot Water. The Tv had 1 channel. The staff was beyond rude. I emailed the general manager and asked for a call back. I see a reply late last night from an assistant manager saying thanks for feedback and telling me that I was offered help with bags up the stairs. NO ONE offered help! This was a complete fail and a horrible experience. The management at hotel and corporate members of this chain do not care. They should be ashamed of how they treat guests. This has been my worst hotels.com booking ever!

I’m rating two starts because the elevator was not working during my stay. Also no amenities like shampoo, conditioner or even a hair dryer where available. For $100 a night expect at minimum these type of amenities. The bed was not comfortable it felt more like a motel than a hotel experience. It was clean and no bed bugs.
