Great House

The property was exactly how it is pictured on the website. There were a few challenges such as the pool not being cleaned, however management ensured the pool was cleaned the following day. The grill needed to be re-cleaned due to a little Mickey Mouse visitor in the grill however management made sure to send a team out quickly to ensure a thorough cleaning of the grill. Only real annoying challenge was having to press the alarm button for the pool area every time we entered or exited the pool area. Otherwise, the stay was very comfortable for myself and family.

Nice Space

We really enjoyed this home. There was plenty of space for 7 adults, without feeling crowded. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the pictures of the pool are a bit deceiving in the listing. They have added houses that back right up to the property so you don't have a good view. The pool is also much smaller than the pictures make it look. Aside from that the property was clean and worked well for our group. The house is a bit dated and could use some work. One minor issue we had was the TV's in the bedrooms weren't working. We noticed this the first night there. Direct TV arrived the next day - which makes me think management already knew about the TV issues but never mentioned anything. That was really the only issue we dealt with in the home but we would stay here again.

House was clean. Very difficult to enjoy pool area because of alarm on door. Lighting poor in house.

Neighborhood rules very strict. Toddler alarm on back door made it very difficult to enjoy back yard and pool. Dryer did not dry. Would not rent this property again.
