The check-in was a little hectic as they had it at "The Pavillion" since they were renovating the original front check-in area. The staff was friendly. The waterpark is NOT included in your stay, it is a separate paid-for amenity that is $25 We were in one of the buildings towards their receiving area so we did hear a lot of "backing up" sounds from the big trucks throughout the night. Our hot tub/jacuzzi in the room did not work. And the rooms are outdated. There are no built-in USB plugs anywhere and it would've been nicer if the window coverings in the bedroom were blackout curtains.

Amazing stay , there is a lot of activities to do atbthe resort . The room at the Villa was renovated and looked better than in the pictures . Customer service was excellent and acomodating . Overall best hotel we’ve stayed in orlando and close to the parks .

Check in was pretty prompt. Upon arriving to my room for my 6 day stay I noticed I didn’t have a room with a balcony which would’ve been nice. Also, there was a bag of dirty lining sitting outside my doorway. That night I cooked for the kids and noticed I didn’t have a broom to sweep the floors and called to have it delivered. The broom came at 11pm. The following morning I noticed that the person who brought the broom, didn’t remove the bag with the dirty lining that was sitting outside the door. So I called and asked for this to be removed. I also had to call to request a frying pan as there was only pots in the cabinets. The ironing board got stuck in the up position and I couldn’t get it to fold back down. The refrigerator is set on 9 and you can’t change it. Bc of this my lettuce and fruit froze. The water park is $25 per person which I think is not fair especially when spending over $1000 for your stay. That’s all the bad things, other than that I love all the activities they have available from golf, swimming, cycling, wax ice skating and movies. Bingo and trivia was really fun as well as Karoake. The wax rink is way too slippery and they should add regular skating rink. The water park fee is ridiculous the pool is small but the 2 waterslides and lazy river was okay. I’ve stayed at universal and this was included there

After reading some reviews, I was skeptical. But, the room was really nice. The beds were comfortable. The amenities were awesome, especially the water park, even though we had to pay to get in. I didn't even have to sit through the whole timeshare promotion spiel. I think it was because I got up to leave and they chased me outside. I told them I didn't want to wait and waste valuable vacation time. They allowed us to get breakfast then they just "okay'd" the gifts. We got $100 gift card that I applied towards Disney tickets, $13 water park tickets, a free two night stay to use in the next 18 months at any of the Westgate Resorts, and a discount at a restaurant on the resort. The only complaint I had was that they didn't tell us about all of the amenities available to us during our stay. I heard about them through word of mouth. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!!

Great place especially for the price. Seems every resort closes down fairly early here, so my main complaint is mostly mute. Close to Disney and just such a quaint place.

The stay at the resort was very pleasant, especially because we traveled with children and had a very spacious and comfortable village. We had the facilities to cook some meals, coffee supplies that were given to us for free at the resort, and have a washing machine and the supplies to use it. Our entire stay was pleasant and we had no problems to regret. We were very close to main roads through which we could access many attractions that we wanted to visit, in addition to having restaurants and supermarkets very close. Two things made it a little less pleasant: 1. The shower in the bathroom in 6053C kept leaking water, surely due to problems with some gasket, and that is why maintenance came twice to check why there was a water leak on the floor below. 2. The entrance through the gatehouse sometimes became very congested due to a lack of order and better planning. Although the resort has a gate for those of us who are already registered, the entrance for new visitors is also on the same lane and there is no way to give advance notice so that new visitors can enter through one lane and those already registered through the other. On the last day of our stay, a driver, surely uncomfortable with the wait, drove down Entry Point Blvd in the opposite lane, in order to get in front of us and almost hit us with her car since we were not expecting someone to exit from that lane while we were moving along Westgate Blvd. Overall, we were very happy and would return to the Resort.
