Staff was not courteous check-in was a little late 10:30 PM Ish. I’ve stated this hotel before but this time it was a lot worse. The key card she gave us wouldn’t open the door. Had to run back to the office and get new key cards made they did didn’t work had to go back a second time then she came the lady who is not very nice and had to body throttle the door to make it open and then complain that we really need to learn how to turn the knob properly. I’m not sure if she was even staff or kitchen help the way she was dressed was no indication that she even worked there and she seemed to be the only one around.

First we got the wrong room, a king not two doubles. The room we got was pretty rundown and the deadbolt was broken and hanging. No one checks breakfast wristbands, so a lot of randoms walking in to clean to clean out the buffet. Also a lot of shady characters hanging out. Stay somewhere else.

The TV did not work even after we changed the remote three times. The room and in particular the bathroom are very small. Internet was almost not there. It was supper weak. The breakfast room was small, most people were eating standing. Because of all this we checked out a day earlier and went back home to Jacksonville
