Staff was friendly, the first room the tv was not working, they sent up maintenance immediately, not fixable so we were moved to a new room quickly. Room was older, but clean. Good shower, comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast. Really amazing pool area and not crowded at all. Great value.

Hallway had an odor, it's whats expected for 81.00 per night on weekend. luxurious pool area, beds are more comfortable then a cheap hotel, but the public areas and bath tub are your basic cheap hotel quality. good for people on tight budget

Room was clean. Needs desperately new carpet throughout hotel and in rooms. The room had great hot water, beds were very comfy and staff was very friendly. Only complaint was the heat did not work in the room and it was in the 30s and 40s during our stay. The breakfast was not worth the money.

Room was clean, staff very friendly, wish the rooms had a little more shampoo for a family of 4. Also thought we could check in at 1pm but we couldn't check in until 3pm. Great place, great location and easy to find places to eat on the main strip. Highly recommend to anyone in the Orlando area or visiting Disney World or other parks. We didn't get to try out their pool and slide, it did look good.

I would not recommend. The pull out bed was broken. We were not given bedding for the pull out bed even after asking multiple times. We were told that we would receive 2 free breakfast each day but wasn't. We were told that coffee would be offered in the lobby at 7 a.m. But after we kept checking and no coffee we asked several times and there was still no coffee out at 8:30. The store inside the hotel was extremely overpriced. But the worse was being awakened one night at 1 a.m. With people fighting in the hallway and cops being called and at 3 a.m. One night by drunk people partying outside our door. Staff did not handle any issues. We were charged 35.00 for early check in when we were told it was 25.00. Terrible stay!!!

We were there for a 3 day Jiu jitsu tournament so we didn't use all of the amenities, but our room was great, service was awesome and the pool and hot tub were fantastic.
