The rooms are a bit outdated but felt very clean. Was very crowded the weekend we were there so hard to find a parking spot. Did not supply a coffee machine for either tea or coffee. Had to go down stairs for that.

Good morning we enjoyed our stay however I think that the lazy river hours should be the same as the pool hours as well as the height on the slide should be adjusted as the majority of families bring their smaller kids there and then the smaller kids are not able to ride the slide due to being too short or if they are too short, they should be allowed to ride with a parent

I had to swap two different rooms the first room they tried to put me in there were an old pair of old dirty underwear in the closet, The second room the lights would turn on and off by themselves so I finally decided to leave and go somewhere else and they still wanted to keep my money very unprofessional!

Resolution was let it run as long as I could or they would give me another room they were very kind I just stuck with the room with no hot water but it was not hot either for two days and they said it would be fixed but it's okay love that it was great place to stay everyone the staff was excellent

Humidity in the hotel was crazy, everything in the room was damp to the touch. Even clothes still in my suitcase were damp when I took them out after a full day in the room. When asked for a change of sheets, so I could sleep on dry sheets, they were dropped off at the door in a trash bag.

Everything was damp. All the linens, pillows, comforters felt like they were pulled from the laundry 30 min too early. The decorative pillow had dirt on it- or something else that was brown. I feel gross here.

I picked this hotel as a result of the high-rating on my hotel app. The purpose of my stay because I travelled to town for a friends' birthday celebration. It was a very clean, comfortable and peaceful place. The adjacent restaurant is a very convenient touch plus the pool area amenities. Location is premium right near all the retail stores, restaurants and various services that you would need for everyday life. I noticed plenty of other families enjoying their stay in peace. I highly recommend the Red Lion Hotel. It was a perfect experience!
