Overall, it met our needs. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the grounds were very nice and well kept. It was close enough to the Disneyworld parks and Universal as well as the airport, which was exactly what we needed. It was quiet and we felt safe. It was nice to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. However, the master bathroom plumbing was very wonky, it worked but made a weird sound and was hard to turn off. The place was pretty out dated which was not what we expected according to the pictures. The second bedroom was supposed to have double beds, but it only had twin beds. They said they would make it right, but I never followed up about it, so we just stayed in the twin bed room- that is somewhat on us. We basically only slept there because we spent all our days at theme parks and the beach. So I can’t say anything about the pools or other outdoor amenities. Basically, for the price, it was good.

⭐️ 1 Star — Not the Family Experience We Hoped For I recently stayed here with my two little ones, hoping for a fun, family-friendly getaway. As a single mom, I try to make trips like this special for them — but this hotel just didn’t live up to what it advertised. We booked after being told the resort offered shuttles to all Disney parks, which was a big deciding factor. Once we arrived, we found out that wasn’t the case. Traveling with kids takes planning, and it made our visit much more stressful than it needed to be. We also had people coming to see us who had trouble getting in because staff couldn’t seem to find our reservation, even when they had my room and building number. It was frustrating, and honestly a little embarrassing. Around the pool, lifeguards were on their phones instead of watching the water. I’m always keeping an eye on my kids, but when you have water slides and excited little ones, you expect safety to be taken seriously. The arcade charged our cards even though many machines weren’t working, and the security guard spent most of the time walking the halls loudly on his phone. At night, noise and strong smells around the property made it hard to feel relaxed or comfortable with my children there. I don’t expect perfection — just honesty, safety, and a place that treats families like a priority. Unfortunately, we didn’t get that here. I hope they make improvements in the future, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend it to parents.

We had a bedroom condo that looked newly remodeled, and was almost the same price as a single room in a nice hotel. Very spacious & clean, with a complete kitchen. (Pans , dishes, glasses & utensils provided.) We were only there a few days, but it would be perfect for a family vacationing for a week or more. Very safe, gated community with plenty of free parking. The weather was cold, so we didn't use the pool, but the whole area is well-kept with lots of trees &. green areas. We saw a lot of beautiful herons & ibis roaming the area. We spent most of our days at Disney World, but this resort has a full calendar of activities like pool-side games, bingo, arts & crafts, and outdoor movies at night. The staff was very friendly, and super helpful when my husband accidentally locked himself out. We had great interactions with everyone from the guard at the gate, the people at the check in counter, to the security & landscapers. Be aware that you have to pay daily resort fees directly to the property on top of your reservation rate. That is clearly stated, but some people miss that & get upset. Still makes the rate worth it, because you still get a lot more space, there are lots of activities, and ready free parking.

Clean rooms, staff was always brought us what we needed within 15 minutes. The pools were wonderful and very welcoming staff. Will definitely stay again
