Upon arrival there was some confusion on room accommodation even after I put in a request a month or so earlier when booked. I spent at least a couple hours, multiple visits to the concierge desk, and two moves to finally get into a unit. The unit wasn’t what to be expected and was an outdated unit. When I approached the front desk and the on duty manager they said they could only accommodate a move to a newer unit which I had last year when I stayed there would be if I paid a $575 increase in total for my stay because of it. In reality when you go on any booking website to reserve a unit there is no difference in price to book a two bedroom condo or their high rise unit, so it was just a ploy to get additional funds from me at the time. I was very disappointed to say the least.

This property exceeded our expectations! We didn’t realize all of the amenities included until we arrived. Our kids loved watching for turtles and birds in the on-property ponds and of course they loved having multiple pool options . Staff throughout the property was friendly, even though not always the quickest in the poolside bar. Definitely would return!

This property will rent out old dirty disgusting rooms for the same price as the newly renovated ones. They are aware that they are overbooking beyond the amount of renovated rooms and when you complain, you’ll be told to come back in the morning to see if anyone has checked out so you can move. Do not stay here unless you want to experience Hotel Hell!

Worst customer service i have ever interacted with!! If you have kids dont bring to the pool with the NO FUN entitled RUDE life guards they blow their whistle for everything! We had every problem u can think of in our group of 3 families, bed bugs, rude staff, nails in our room, ‘6 yrold stepped on a LG nail!!! We complained, got a water basket left over from easter, they give to people trying to buy time shares!!! Dont waste money or time, we me up with our friends who had not one but 2 rooms with bed bugs at holiday inn resort bay lake!!! So muchh fun, kids had a blast with no crazy rules!! U also cant bring coolers or ur own water or snacks!!!

No room cleaning service or change towels. Room is old with damges blinds. I am not recommending it. They also charged additional resort fee.
