Check in was difficult as you had to pay for parking via phone. Couldn’t be added to room charge. Morning of departure, staff wasn’t at desk. Waiting for 10 mins then started pounding on door to kitchen to get someone to help me checkout/get receipt. One Elevator want working. Housekeeping was friendly and stopped in to see if needed towel and amenities, which was appreciated.
