This was our 3rd time staying here over the past year. The location is great. Walking distance to many conveniences as well as a free shuttle to Disney Springs and all the theme parks. The staff had always seemed helpful in the past. However, we were a bit disappointed this time around. We were put in a room which is right next to a broken door that leads to the service elevator and staircase. Unfortunately, after about an hour in our room, we realized that the stairwell door across our room was broken. When guests and employees go through that door, the door slams very loudly! Imagine being woken up in the middle of the night because of it. We asked the front staff if we could switch rooms, but supposedly there wasn't anything available. The girl at the front desk said she would send maintenance up and have them take a look at it to see if they could fix it. We spent 3 nights here and not one person even looked at it nor communicated with us regarding the status of the fix. Not even an apology.
