Hidden fees

The only thing that I didn’t like about the stay was the unexpected fees that came with it. I had already paid for my stay in full just to be hit with a parking fee, and a hotel security deposit, so funds I was expecting to have for my trip I didn’t due to those fees that I saw nowhere advertised on the website.

It was ok

Loved the staff. Especially the lady at the pool. The hotel was ok. We were on a weekend trip so it was ok but I wouldn’t choose for longer. My son enjoyed the game took and the pool but the issue with the ants was distracting. Loved the tiki bar! Applebees being attached was a major bonus especially because kids eat free. Great location oh and they no longer have a shuttle to sea world which caught me off guard.

Elevators were broken, bed sunken in on one side (unsleepable), fridge warm. Definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Excellent Hotel Stay

Excellent stay! King room with bunk beds was spacious. Pool area was beautiful and plenty of sun deck chairs. Staff was excellent

The only two things that I would fix is the shuttle coming around more we had to Uber ! Also more carts for check out we couldn’t locate a cart to take or bags to the car !

Nice stay

Comfortable and clean. Close to Disney and lots of food choices nearby. Nice pool area and service at pool bar was superb! Would definitely stay here again.
