GREAT location, but when I arrived, 2 of 3 elevators were out of order. WHAT A PAIN! The elevator stopped at every floor, up and down. I prefer the top floor, and that is what I was given. By the time I left, my patience was on its last nerve. The smallest thing was bothering me ... like 8 people walking up and rapidly tapping the call button during the 15 min wait ... because the call light was out.

Everything was really nice. The servers at Applebee's were so great and fun. The guy thats tries to give you "prizes" by the check in desk is so rude and annoying and tricks you into almost like a time share deal. Wish that it qasnt a part of the hotel. But iverall really nice.

We stayed two days it was quiet, only complaint is. The elevator that wasn’t working. There was sometime a longer wait to get to my floor. Most of the time I just took the stairs instead but with 3 small kids and all the bags that was a bit frustrating. I’m sure it will be working in the future.

Entering and exiting the property is a headache. Check-in went smoothly, staff was very pleasant and the lobby appeared to be clean. The appearance of the hallways and the rooms were disappointing as they felt outdated. Almost every part of the room had a thick layer of dust, one of the bed frames had a broken piece that stuck out, the beds were way too high and so hard, the mini fridge had an unknown colored liquid on one of the shelves and the bathtub did not have any kind of anti slip protection. The pool area was decent, towels in the room and by the pool were old and rough, and only one jacuzzi worked. It was nice to have an arcade and restaurant on the premises. I appreciate the staff being so pleasant but I would not stay here again.
