The room and hotel are always good however 1 thing I’ve constantly complained about over the years is the way the breakfast is served and maintained. Nothing has ever changed no matter how many times I complain but the people who run the restaurant have no idea. They don’t keep up with fresh plates, replacing butters, sauces or coffee. Things run out naturally and you are always in a constant battle to ask for new butter or new coffee or whatever. For the prices they’re charging, they really need to look in to training their staff better in monitoring stock and plates levels, and foreseeing where they’re about to run out of. The coffee is the best example of what I’m saying. It’s usually filtered coffee in a large vessel and it runs out fairly quickly. But when it runs out you have to wait 15 mins for them to filter new coffee. And of course they’re so oblivious the coffee has run out when you tell them and you have to wait. I’ve been telling them for years to train their staff to monitor these levels over and over and nothing has ever improved unfortunately.
