Didn’t know much about the hotel going in, was just trying to find a reasonable place to stay, as my daughter had some appointments at the children’s hospital. Didn’t bother to read reviews or anything, just booked the room. Upon arrival, the hotel seemed nice, from the lobby to the hallways. Once we entered our room, we started to notice small stains, and trash from whoever stayed there before us. We also bought snacks/water and found the fridge wasn’t working, so we unplugged it from the wall, that’s when I noticed the outlet was not sturdy, as I tried to plug it in again, the sockets pushed in from the outlet panel. Tried different ones and noticed they were all like that. Had to settle for two outlets to plug everything in. Also had stains in the bathroom ceiling. Hindsight, should’ve did my due diligence and read reviews, and looked at pictures of the hotel.

Upon arrival was not given property information such as pool hours, breakfast hours, pool location, breakfast location, no direction to my room (had to ask where I go). Property smells horrible. Only entrance to get inside is through the front. Wall paper is peeling all over. Carpet inside room was coming off, bathroom hook on wall was broken, only two very small bottles of conditioner was provided, no additional towels were provided inside room. Breakfast at location is very poor. Would not recommend at all.

The front desk lady told me I wasn’t able to check in because it was past three pm. I told her i paid for my room and everything, and she said it wasn’t her problem. I then went back and showed her that check in is available anytime after 3 and ends whenever before check out. I also paid for a room with a king size bed and they gave me a room with two beds instead.

AC didn't work. Had to ask 3 times and they still didn't send anyone to look at it. The manager came out to the patio as we were at the pool and he is the one that finally had them move us to a new room. The heater was on when we got to that room. Took a while to get it cooled down. The morning desk attendant was nice. The one during the afternoon/evening was rude. She didn't try to hide the fact that she was completely annoyed with having to be there. Openly rolled her eyes at myself and other customers. I had to scrub the shower before use. There were false eyelashes on the night stand that were not mine. The refrigerator did not cool and the coffee pot did not work. Breakfast consisted of yogurt, stale muffins, toast, bagels and gritty waffle mix. The smell of the rooms was awful. I will definitely not be staying here again.

We booked this hotel weeks in advance but the hotel overbooked themselves and when we went to check in they didn’t have a room for us. However they still charged us for our stay and wouldn’t issue a refund.

The staff seemed to be doing their best, but the hotel needs an overhaul. There were bandaids on things that should have been replaced or gutted. A broken front door, cracked tiles in elevator floor, low hallway ceilings, hallways and rooms smelling of smoke, overgrown landscape, and a leaky brown bathroom ceiling tile, and a frigid pool, to name a few. The photos shown are fraudulent! This property should be removed from Expedia and I want a refund. We only ended up staying one night (our reservation was for three nights).

Are a/c was not on in the room, they did not even want to come fix it, my husband had to fund the power cord to the plug it in under a broken bored under the unit, no hot water to shower, the hotel dinner was never open, no breakfast, no clean towels to shower are second day, the room smelled, the hall way smelled so bad. You could not understand the staff. The smoke detector in are room started dying and it beeped and they would not come fix it as well.

Was only provided 3 towels for 2 days for me, my wife, and 2 kids. When asked for more towels was provided 1 more. Asked foe some more and they told me no. Showers were cold. Not only that anytime i passd through the lobby there were pther guest complaining about something. When first checking in as well was given no info on hours of amenities. Also cold breakfast was horrible.
