The only issue I had during my stay is that both mornings, the breakfast area had no hot coffee. It was always empty

There seemed to be one single "cart" to help transport luggage to the rooms, for the entire hotel. All of the shrubbery and/or trees are unkempt, growing over the sidewalk areas. So bad that when cars are parked there you cannot use the sidewalks, having to walk in the parking lot. I'm handicapped, using a cane... The shower/tub combo was DISGUSTING!There was mold and other unknown filth throughout it. And the breakfast items served in chaffing dishes, were ice cold both mornings. Nothing starts your day better than ice cold sausage and bacon.

The hotel itself was nice. Room was small, not what was described in the hotels.com description. Said it had separate dining area, picture showed table with chairs. Our room did not have this, which was disappointing to us. Breakfast was good, nice variety but small area where food was served. Did not use pool, but it looked very small. Hotel was in area central to the activities we wanted to go to.

The caulking in the bathroom had black mold and the sheets were dingy and stained. The limited staff I interacted with did not have any care or concern for anything. I checked out 5 days early and they didn't even ask why. The beds are also bouncy and not good if you have back pain.

The stay was great. No issues. I will suggest that the bottles in the shower should be face forward to know if it's shampoo, body wash or conditioner. Next the coffee and tea stirrers are unsanitary because they are not wrapped. The person taking them out the box to stock them has to put their hands on them and this is not sanitary. Also dust collects on the stirrers while sitting there waiting to be used. Providing wrapped stirrers would be more sanitary. COVID is on the rise and when one person grabs a stirrer, they often touch another stirrer. Last, the furniture in the rooms should not be cloth due to absorption of odors, and body lice, bed bugs etc. Having leather or vinyl is better for wiping off and inability for anything to hide.
