The entire home, front porch, and one-car garage are yours to enjoy.
• Self Check-In: Instructions will be sent the day before your stay. Please read carefully and reach out right away if anything isn’t working—we’re here to help!
• Full use of the kitchen, fridge, washer, and dryer.
• We’re available 10 AM–6 PM daily, and 24/7 in case of emergencies.
• Have a question? Just ask—we’ll do our best to make your stay seamless and stress-free.

To keep your stay safe and enjoyable, please follow our house rules and local laws:
• Quiet hours begin at 9 PM—please respect our neighbors.
• Check-in: 4–8 PM | Check-out: 11 AM.
• No parties or events—any damage or excessive mess may result in penalties.
• Families welcome! Please note: the home has many stairs.
• Primary renter must be 21+ and present for the entire booking.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and any damages or injuries caused.
• We are not responsible for items left behind—please double-check before departure.
• Commercial Photography/Filming: A Certificate of Insurance (COI) with workers comp & general liability coverage is required prior to booking completion.
