Worst hotel stay ever i recommend to stay anywhere but here staff was horrible the rooms are not quiet at all can hear everything ...they were smoking in the hallways and the smoke smelt bad in my room staff did nothing about it i checked out early due to it being horrible

Room and amenities were great. Staff communication was poor. At check in, we were only handed our keys. No info on parking, breakfast or other amenities. I had to come down to the front desk next day to ask if they had laundry facilities. I also found out later that day that we were supposed to log our plate number and get a parking pass. That wasn’t offered at check in. When I asked if I could extend my stay, I was told that I needed to buy another room from Expedia. Then the front desk later told me I could have booked a room through the hotel and offered a discounted UNMC rate. Communication sucked. I ended up paying more money in the end. Location was a convenience and room was clean and orderly.
