Property was clean. There was some sort of stain on the wall in our room, bathroom door had damage. We arrived on a Saturday. I figured room serve would come around Monday. The never showed. I had to go ask for more towels Sunday night. Was told there was none available. So I had to run over to target to get us some towels. My family just got out the the pool so it was a need!. But how can a hotel not have any towels available? I will not be staying here again! And the didn't seem concerned that I checked out 12hrs early due to having no towels and room service not coming.
