Both our shower and our kitchen sink had used bottle seals left in them when we checked in. It's disgusting that not all trash was removed. Also, infuriating that the room temp won't drop below 71* despite setting it to 65*. At $300/night, we should be able to set the thermostat to the temp we want and have the temp get there!! It's asinine that it's "motion sensored" bc despite being active in our room for hours, the temp went from 72* to 71* and then turns off while sleeping. UNACCEPTABLE, MISERLY, and CHEAP for an expensive hotel!!

We stay here often and its always a good time. Kids love the pool. Very family friendly, kids everywhere. We love this place for New Years Eve!

I stay in Embassy suites oct 18snd 19 upon arrival we weee helped by the nicest person her name Sarai very nice lady we had the most amazing stay rooms super clean and delicious breakfast best omelettes we have ever ate my husband and kids love and enjoyed staying at the Embassy all the time we had a lady do helpful she was working filling up the food her name Christine very nice lady everything was on point we sure will be back soon

Great family stay

The room was perfect for my family. Plenty of space and clean. The food options at the restaurant were amazing. Everything we ate was wonderful.

Everything was great except the bathroom was not clean. Specifically there were pubic hairs all over the bath tub. Had to clean it with rubbing alcohol before I felt comfortable using it. If I hadn’t been on the road for two days - I would have checked out and left.

The breakfast and evening drinks/snacks was great. I enjoyed that the rooms have a door between the living room and bedrooms. Only thing I didn’t like was I had to park far away and had to pay to park.
