Super clean hotel. Breakfast was great and the rooms are spacious. I noticed how good it smelled when I walked in - which is odd for me to notice - but it was refreshing. Their happy hour part from 5:30-7:00 was well stocked and very good as well. Great place for a family to stay.

Family Birthday Party

Our family met for my Mother's 86th Birthday. We typically go to the Lied Lodge in NE City. The pool was being repainted so we decided to change locations so the kids and others could swim. The person that checked us in was from Alaska but had a Russian accent. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation during the check in process. I believe my family had a total of 5 rooms. Complimentary happy hour and hot breakfast is a definite benefit. I have never had to pay for parking while staying in LaVista. All in all we had a great celebration!

Room was a little dusty and comforter on bed was dingy like it hadn’t been washed in several stays. Not normal for this particular property as I stay here often.

We have stayed here 10 times and this will be the last. Way too many kids running around 3 different pizza party’s going on kids screaming and yelling absolutely horrible experience. The hotel is getting older and not doing maintenance our sower curtain rod was barely hanging on shower was not good at all. If you have kids and want to stay at an amusement park this is the place for you. But if you want a nice professional hotel this isn’t a good place
