AWESOME PLACE TO STAY
I have no complaints. Everything and everyone was AMAZING!!! The room and hotel was clean, the staff were polite and accommodating. The food was good and during the complimentary evening reception, Mickey gave excellent service. Embassy Suties in Downtown Old Market made my stay in Omaha one to remember!!!

The Good and Not So Good
Room was cool and stayed cool until we upped the thermostat to 80*. Water pressure in bar sink was three times that of bathroom sink… and cold water tap in bathroom sink spun and spun until you found a spot where the water wouldn’t run. Breakfast buffet was fine and “made to order breakfasts” looked good. Staff was very accommodating. Parking? YOU pay anywhere from $23-29 per night.

We stay here often and although the service never fails the hotel rooms seem to be declining in quality, each stay gets worse and worse in room quality as this room was old perhaps older or in renovated and badly in need of it. The couches and chairs were in very bad shape the bathroom in need of some replacements and or repairs and a more through cleaning as there was still fecal matter in the toilet for the previous guests. The garbage bags in place in the rooms were the laundry plastic bags that hang in the closet with the safe which the closet by the way had clipped toenails all over the floor on the inside which we found to be most disgusting, point being about the garbage bags they were small and held nothing with ripping a hole and if we weren’t absolutely fatigued from traveling we would have asked for another room. Not at all satisfied this time around.

The property itself and the main lobby areas were in good condition. Our room was fairly clean, but it was very dated. Furniture had some tears, some of the wood work was in disrepair and the bathroom was pretty dated and needed some repairs made. The sink drain was broken and would not allow water to drain properly and the cocking around the shower was in poor condition. Overall, I would say the room is in need of an update. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast wasn't the greatest. There were a lot of folks there and it was busy, but I would say overall the breakfast was underwhelming. I was just surprised for the price that our room was as dated as it was and that the bathroom was such poor condition.

Great free breakfast included and free drinks at happy hour. Very fun environment for a hotel, people actually hangout at the bar and in common areas.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Don’t stay here
Charged more than what was booked for, room was dirty. Pool was freezing. No Internet, ice maker on our floor was broken, couch was ripped up, bathroom counter paint was chipping. Definitely not worth the extra $100 a night we were charged
