This meticulously appointed, spacious and private home includes: a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining area with gas grill, pool, hot tub with all the toys, hosts up to 16 people comfortably (parents with babies & kids- you'll have everything you need!), and within an easy 15 minutes of all of Omaha. With three living rooms, it means everyone can hang out together or separate into groups!

The classic mid-century home sits on an almost half acre, beautifully manicured and private lot, yet could not be in a more convenient location to the best of Omaha. One stop light away from the interstate and two to West Dodge, with a large peaceful park in the neighborhood a short walk away. Featuring a gorgeous backyard with patio, pool, and lawn and over 3,200 feet of living area including three living rooms, five real bedrooms, four and a half baths, two zone central heating/cooling systems, and washer-dryer.

Kitchen • The family chef will be delighted at the overstocked kitchen and the amenities provided including many pantry essentials. Bring the family together for lasting memories over home cooked meals.

Living Room • Gather the entire group to watch a movie or play a game while listening to one of the many vinyl records from our collection or use Bluetooth for your own playlist. The sofa and chairs comfortably seats 16.

Sunroom • Enjoy the warmth of the sun on the sofa while watching the game or in the private four-season hot tub.

Bonus Room • Located in the garage, featuring a plush, large sectional, dry bar, and kids play area with safety gates with cushioned play mats, and a second fridge.

Pool and Patio- Open Memorial Day through October 1. Lounge by the deep water pool, enjoy a game of corn hole on the lawn, and finish with dinner on the patio under the lights in your own backyard oasis and make memories around the gas firepit!

Bedrooms: no detail was overlooked in our rooms to provide you with a an easy and comfortable stay. Each bedroom has a closet, luggage rack, room darkening shades, a noise machine, reading lamps, and a place to sit.
-Master • King bed and full pull out couch, TV, and black out shades.
-Bedroom 2 • One queen, one full, and one single bed.
-Bedroom 3 • King bed and TV.
-Bedroom 4 • Two queen beds.

This house was perfect for our large family holiday. The hostess responded immediately to questions/requests which helped our planning. I had looked for a home that had enough living room seating for 10-12, and this one was perfect! The oversized sofa and the sectional La-Z-Boy sofa meant we could gather comfortably without dragging in chairs from other rooms (you know you’ve done it too!). It’s important to seat as many as you can sleep! The beds and linens were excellent plus the noise machines on bedside tables with lamps and charging ports were so thoughtful. The eat-in kitchen was another spot we spent much time. It was well-stocked and had an island on wheels. Again, perfect to seat as many as you sleep! There was so much baby equipment that we wished we HAD a baby (and we will next year). The hot tub was a nice bonus. We’d like to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool, but it was great to gather in the living room, play games, and watch the snow. We’ll be back!

Our stay was great. The house is a wonderful size for 14 adults celebrating a bachelorette party. The kitchen is great and the living room hangout space was great for our large group. The house is well equipped with dishes and kitchen supplies. The only and largest complaint would be the cleanliness of the home. Floors throughout the house were very dirty when we arrived. Bathroom and kitchen counters didn’t seem to be cleaned either. Overall, the space is wonderful but the cleanliness could be improved significantly.

Great Family House

We had a great time in Omaha and this house worked out really well for our family. We had 13 people and there was plenty of room for all. We all enjoyed the pool each day we were there. This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and in a great location for getting on the highway to tour Omaha. We enjoyed eating and playing games on the patio. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the ice machine was a nice bonus. The trash bins outside were already full when we arrived, so it was a bit of a challenge handling our trash. Overall, it was a fun stay!

Housed my whole family which was incredible. We all got to spend time together under one roof comfortably. We enjoyed it so much and my family got to smile from ear to ear for a weekend. Great House, Lots of Seating, Comfy Beds

This house was perfect for a group of colleagues to get together after commuting to Omaha for a work event. The beds were comfortable, there was lots of seating for lounging and chatting, and the hot tub was a bonus! We didn't use the pool, but maybe next time! We'll definitely check availability of this home next time we all need to come to town.

Perfect getaway for our large family!

The front door was a bit tricky at first but we called and they answered right away and told us what to do. Other than that, once we understood how to get in, things were perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, we had plenty of space and were even able to prepare meals with all of the furnishing provided. Thank you for letting us use your home!
