My wife and I went for a 3 hr hike during the day and then wanted to have a nice date night and dinner with some shopping in Short Pump. The rooms are clean and the facility is nice, but we only had cold water after a long hike for showers. You have to pay to park. No continental breakfast. Check in was poor and disorganized. Staff act as if they are performing brain surgery at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were not usable because the kids overrun it without parent supervision. The amount of money you have to spend to stay here, I would expect much more. I have stayed in hotels for half the cost and received much better customer service and accommodations. I will not stay here next time. I will try one of the many other options nearby.

I went for this hotel because of hot tub and indoor pool for a girls getaway. When we arrived Hot tub was not working. Visitor told us it was not working two weeks ago when she was there. My reservation was for two double bed rooms close together got there and had one double bed room and one single king bed. one room was on 3rd floor and one on 8th floor. Hotel said it was Expedia issue. However the hotel was beautiful and clean.

The hotel is beautiful from the moment you enter. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I only had an overnight stay and didn’t experience all of the amenities. I did want to use the jacuzzi which was not in service. Other than the rolls are huge and the bed was top tier. I recommend this hotel.

Check-in guy was rude cause if you dont have a card with your name on it they arent supposed to let you stay even tho it was already paid for, not all spouse's have a card with their names on it & not all travel together. Also the pool was not heated as it was rather cold. Shower didnt have water pressure & didnt get hot enough. View was horrible as it was a roof that covers the pool area. Slight mold in the vents i noticed while gathering our stuff to leave. Beds & pillows were comfy.

The room was clean. The sheets had an unpleasant smell. The maintenance should check the outlet in the bathroom as hair dryer and curler kept falling out of the socket. Gaps around shower door allowed water to escape. The front desk emplyee was very nice as were the restaurant staff.
