This beautifully decorated ocean block condo is located on the top floor of the Tradewinds and has ocean views from every room! It has been updated from top to bottom and is just steps to the beach. Perfect for families, this condo offers all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a washer/dryer. Enjoy a private balcony to sip your morning coffee and take in the sunrise. There are 3 televisions including a 65� smart tv in the main living area and one in each bedroom with Roku. WiFi and Central A/C.
The master suite has a new king bed and fully renovated private bath with a stand up shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin over twin bunks (*Please note: weight limit is 150lbs for the top bunk and 250lbs for the bottom bunk). The renovated 2nd bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains.
There is an elevator in this quiet family friendly 5-story building and one dedicated parking space. This condo is ideally located near many popular restaurants, mini golf and Fenwick Island attractions. A fully stocked 7-Eleven is just a 1 minute walk away in case you need anything at all.
No pets and absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Smoking and vaping is also prohibited in the common areas of the building.

Great Condo
The condo is well equipped and beautifully furnished. The views from the balcony are awesome and it's a quick walk to the beach. Great location near lots of restaurants, miniature golf. We would definitely stay there again.
