The front desk was very rude the whole 3 days we were there, everyone else was wonderful. The front desk staff questioned my need for a service dog, who does that? Why would I need to talk to the front desk about my medical problems.

The staff was prompt and courteous. Our rooms were clean and inviting. The pool was warm and stocked with towels. The accessibility of the oceanfront along with outside seating was enjoyable. Great experience.

Very clean room. The fan in the bathroom didn't work but not a problem. The cleaning lady, because I was sick in bed, did only what we asked her to do and was very nice. No trouble with staying another night. Excellent service, beautiful view. We will stay here again.
