The Hilton Inn in Ocean City stands out as one of the premier accommodations in the area. While it is among the more expensive options, the overall quality and experience make it a worthwhile choice. Our family reserved ocean-facing rooms, and the panoramic views were truly exceptional—undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay. The guest rooms were spacious, immaculately maintained, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable visit. My only minor observation was that the mattress was softer than my personal preference, though this did not detract significantly from the overall experience. The bathrooms were modern, well-designed, and very clean, featuring excellent standing showers. Guests should be aware that both parking and breakfast are available at an additional cost. However, the property’s location at the far end of the boardwalk is highly advantageous, offering convenient access to attractions while maintaining a quieter, more relaxed environment compared to the busier central sections. In summary, the Hilton Inn provides a high standard of comfort, exceptional cleanliness, and an outstanding setting by the ocean. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to travelers seeking both quality and convenience in Ocean City.

One rude counter person at front desk. Wife picking up door dash at desk because in house bar restaurant is extremely limited hours throughout day. Will not be returning. Place was much better before corporate buy out

This is our second stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, and it won’t be our last. The location is perfect, just beyond the end of the boardwalk. The room is large and comfortable, with the ocean out the window. Breakfast was good, and I LOVE the large indoor pool. There is ample parking, some in a covered garage. We first chose the Garden Inn because our dog could go with us. She was welcomed and had a wonderful stay. Although we were there during the time dogs are not allowed on the beach, she could walk along the dunes and all over town. She definitely gives the hotel a 4 paw rating.

The room's carpet had stains. There were other people's hair in the shower. As I think about it, the room could've been cleaner. Overall, the staff at the front desk was AMAZING!!! The smiles, warmth, and the way that they attended to my every need touched my heart. I was in tears. We didn't arrive until around 12 midnight. The young lady at the front desk held my hand as I was checking in. I was exhausted. She had the most beautiful smile as she calmed me down, registered our car, and told me about her trip to NY. The day that we checked out, I told the gentleman that we had to drive around until 4. Our special needs daughter was too sick to make that journey back home. He informed me that there was a room open now before 4, but it was on a lower level if I wanted it. We were so grateful! As we unloaded the van, my husband was having a conversation with a gentleman and we discovered that he was from our hometown, Jersey City, NJ. Other staff interactions were all so kind and pleasant. Although the rooms were not too great, the staff made the establishment 100 out of 100. we can't wait to return in November for my birthday.

Everything was great starting at check in to check out. The room was beautiful with every room having an amazing view of the beach. The only complaints I have are that hotels.com did make me aware that there was a charge to park your car in the parking lot. This should be something you make the person booking aware of. Another thing is that the bathroom only has a barn door. I know those are the latest fad, but the bathroom is not the place for a barn door. And lastly the pillows were not great. All 4 pillows on the bed were extremely soft. They should have pillows of different softness for guests.

This was our third day at this hotel. It is our favorite in Ocean City. It’s clean and the staff are great. All rooms have beachfront view and so the beach is easy and quick to access. Here is why I took off one star in one of the categories: They are now charging for parking at a rate of $10 a day. Not bad and I don’t object. Unfortunately, it’s not real easy to pay for parking as you have to scan a QR code either in the parking lot or at the reception desk and pay separately. Then when I was checking out, there was a note on my car from the company managing the parking claiming I had not paid. I had to go back into the reception and they promise to take care of it for me. Again, I don’t have checked to having to pay for parking, but they should make it as easy on the guest as possible. No standing a separate QR code in paying separately it should just be part of your bill.
