Boat docks are available for a fee with on-site registration only on a first come, first serve basis after you check-in. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and dining area with sliding doors opening to a large balcony. Features include fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and central air. Some units are NON-SMOKING. Wireless internet access is available in some units.

Beautiful View
I have stayed at this location several times. Sunsets beautiful. Great knowing there is someone walking around to be sure all is well on the property. Holiday Realtor's were great to talk to and made my visit very pleasant. Thank you all very much.

Great location
Outstanding location. Thunder Island is awesome. This property had horrific wi-fi. We had to constantly search for better wi-fi. Not the nicest property I’ve stayed at Thunder Island but it was serviceable. Pool rules for little kids are draconian. Can’t have balls, floats, nor toys in the pool.
