It was very clean, our TV didn’t work upon our arrival but they were very quick to fix it and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was we were supposed to have Queen beds and they were double beds, our 3 year old sleeps in the middle so it was snug, but the beds were comfortable and the room and hotel was clean.

This was my family's first time at this hotel. We stayed 3 nights in July, 2025 in a side ocean view room. Here are the positives: Quiet room - We never heard our neighbors. The sliding glass door was like a vault when it shut. Very nice! Excellent Location - Right in the heart of the boardwalk. We parked once in their lot and walked to everything. The small beer/water/soda store down the block was very handy. Clean Rooms - Very well kept rooms with updated fixtures and furniture.The room was also very large. Comfy Mattresses - Our double queen mattresses were very comfortable. There were 4 pillows per bed and seemed like down feathers. Friendly Staff - Check in/out was very easy. They greeted us when we walked thru the lobby. Elevators - The hotel had 2 elevators. Waiting times were zero or very minimal. Ice machine - One ice machine that can easily fill a cooler. Cooking - Our room had a good-sized microwave, small sink, coffee maker, and small fridge/freezer. The refrigerator actually got really cold and froze some things. This is a plus! The negative things: The lobby can be updated to match the rooms. The lighting was bleak and could use a complete refresh. It doesn't give a good first impression. Electric Outlets - This is a minor gripe. There should be more outlets to charge phones by the bed night stand. We'll definitely keep this hotel on our list for future visits!

First time staying at this hotel, every floor has the privacy dividers between porches except the penthouse floors, which would be nice to have so you don’t see the people right next to you. Our room was pretty clean for the most part, some stains on the sheets and some trash under the cushions on the couch but wasn’t awful, will stay there again if we have to. Nice view from the 7th floor. I don’t necessarily understand why we have to pay to park when it should be included in your stay and the parking lot is small so you have to park across the street in their condo parking lot. Not super convenient but not the worst thing ever. Overall not a terrible place to stay.

The hotel is right on the boardwalk and was absolutely "fine" for our family. Two comfortable queen beds (with an ocean-front view), a small refrigerator, smart TV, good lighting, plenty of outlets to charge devices ... we would stay there again. Having said that, there are positively issues. #1 The hotel lobby, elevators, and hallways absolutely reeked! It was a horrible mutsy smell had been covered up with an even more horrible cheap cleaner. Really sickening. Walking in from outside especially was like getting punched in the face. #2 The AC is our room made the temperature quite confortable, but it was CRAZY LOUD. My whole family woke up repeatedly during the night each time it kicked on. I probably should've played with the modes to check if possible to just let it run rather than cycle as the temp went up. No good at all. #3 We didn't really care to use the pool, but don't stay here thinking that will be a hotspot. It was very, very tiny, and was pretty much filled to capacity with kids. Our kids jumped in for 15 minutes during a rain storm, and there were very few chairs to sit on while they stood in the water surrounded by the 10 other kids whose parents had the same idea. Again, no major problem for us, but don't expect any great pool to swim in. This feels pretty negative, but like I said, we'd stay there again. The staff was friendly, the custodial had our sheets and towels cleaned and nice each day, and the location is borderline perfect.

The toilet did not flush correctly. The decor was outdated and dark. Elevator needed to be serviced and strong smell of lubricants in elevator. However the view was excellent, right on the beach, and the staff was exemplary! So it was a bit of a trade off. I would try them again.
