The hotel needs to be updated very bad. We had a jacuzzi room but didn't use it because the floor was falling apart and it looked like it wouldn't be enjoyable. Dirt in areas that should be cleaned. Cracks in drywall entire way around the wall where it meets the ceiling. Sprinkler head piece falling off. Probably wouldn't be so disappointed if we weren't paying top dollar for a room with a bed.

The place was in rough shape compared to the website. Was not the cleanest. They were short staffed so I had to go to the lobby for towels every time and in the 4 days I was there they did not clean the room once. Elevator has some issues as well. Also noticed cars in the parking lot with no mirror tag and no one does nothing about it so paying customers are forced to park a block away and walk. We did make the best of it and have a good time and I normally don’t give bad reviews but it was not what we expected. Staff was all friendly though and I don’t believe it’s their fault just bad management.

Will never stay here again!

The staff was very pleasant. However, the bed looked like it hadn't been changed, the room smelled like mold, the tub was disgusting, and the hold tub had black rings around it. Also, the parking was horrible and the rates were way too expensive for what we got. By the way the pool only goes to 3 feet and the bar had no liquor. There is 1 elevator with 6 floors.

The location was good. We stayed Mon-Fri and only had room service come on the last night after requesting it several times. The “comforters” were thinner then t shirts and when we asked for additional blankets we were told they didn’t have anything. When walking past other rooms being cleaned we can see the other rooms had real blankets. When we finally got room service we were given 4 bath mats instead of towels… but the location was convenient. Also the “pool bar” is not a real bar, warm beer and wine only.

I would definitely stay again, the hotel has seen better days but it’s understandable, the staff was amazing, the young lady at the front desk was awesome, she was very sweet and accommodating (forgot her name), loved the rooftop pool and hot tub, and sitting on the balcony looking at the church lights at night, my family had a wonderful time and we will book again next summer!

Must Stay!

I’ve stayed at this location several times and it never disappoints. The AC in my room during this trip wasn’t working correctly and they switched my room with no questions asked which was perfect! Thanks Monte Carlo staff it’s always a pleasure staying with you guys!!!
