Wonderful view, clean and well stocked room. The living room was nice addition. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short by 2 nights and no refund was given. It would have been nice to at least receive a credit for future stay.

Our room had small bugs inthe sink area. The staff came to the room and sprayed. Dont know what they were. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. If it wasn't for the bugs our stay would've been great.

Blood on sheets and pillow, loose railing, no one at desk to get luggage cart when I wanted to check out, elevator would not stop for my 2 year old granddaughter

The hotel is clean and well-staffed. The rooms are starting to need attention. Our drapes didn't open well. The closet with the iron wouldn't close. The make-up mirror was rusted. Small things... The shower was wonderful and the bed very comfortable.

Overall review

Most staff were fine. Dinner was horrible, cold - not up to Hilton standards at all. There was a stench in 2nd floor hallway. The coffee stand person was nasty and clearly didn't like her job.
