The staff was excellent, but the cleaning service was none existent. We didn’t know about the food options. No info in the rooms. The beds were old and lumpy. Need to replaced immediately. Sand on the floors of the room and the hallways. Had to wear shoes the entire time. Also had a mouse running in the room.

Room was clean, location is convenient, staff was pleasant, helpful and professional. No maid service unless you ask, each time. Hotel policy. Just enough towels for one day and since it’s at the beach sand is a constant issue. Ocean front balcony is nice but there’s no screen door so you can’t just leave it open to hear the surf without letting bugs in. I’m sure they save money on heating and cooling that way but when you pay to be at the beach you want to hear the ocean. That part was pretty disappointing.
