Astoria 303 is an ideal mid-town location for your Ocean City vacation on the ocean block at 45th Street close to the convention center, Seacrets, Tap House, Candy Kingdom, mini golf and more! This two bedroom, two bath condo is handsomely decorated, offering a comfortable living room with gas fireplace, a separate dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Conveniences abound including a full sized washer and dryer, three TV's, complimentary WiFi, and a jacuzzi tub in the primary bath. A private east facing balcony is accessible from the living room where you'll be able to relax and breathe in the ocean air. Astoria's amenities include an elevator for easy access, two parking spots, a fantastic rooftop outdoor pool, and and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. Outdoor pool is seasonal, opening and closing times may vary. Sleeping up to six guests, the condo includes a king in the primary bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
This unit rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.

Good stay in good location

Good location and well maintained for a rental. We re-cleaned the floors which were pretty dirty when we arrived. There were plenty of dishes and silverware and cooking utensils. The space was great for our 4 adults plus one baby, and there was easy access to the beach and pool. The condo is clearly rented regularly and has a little wear and tear. The washer didn’t work upon arrival and took three days plus several phone calls to get it fixed. Then we learned the dryer didn’t work and after several more phone calls they told us it wouldn’t be fixed. They did rectify with a small refund but the poor communication from Central Properties and the need to call them continuously did take away from the vacation.

We couldn’t have been happier with this condo. It was very clean and close to everything. The beds are also very comfortable. The pool on the rooftop was nice, there just weren’t any chairs at the pool so we had to sit/lay on the concrete. We would definitely stay here again though.

Very clean and close to the beach

This property would be great for two couples. I’m the beach is a close 5 min walk which was awesome! The master bedroom window is located in a tough spot though. Neighbors tend to be outside smoking, sometimes late and loud. Other than that, this is a great place to stay!
