Excellent location and very modern and clean rooms. Staff are excellent and knowledgeable. The breakfast was great lots of variety and the rooftop pool area is very relaxing. A much needed change from the all inclusive hotels. I have stayed here several times and I just love it. Don’t miss happy hour at sunset from the rooftop restaurant.

I really loved this hotel!! The upper pool area is amazing! It has a great restaurant to have breakfast in. It was great that breakfasts were included - the food was always really good but the service upstairs was hit and miss. The bed was pretty hard (which I think is pretty normal in Mexico). The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. The front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Terrific rooftop patio with lovely pools, lounge areas, and panoramic views. The hotel was immaculately clean, and full of lush plantings everywhere which made the whole place so pleasant and relaxing. The staff were equally wonderful… extremely polite and attentive.
