The toilet was wobbly so everyone you sat on it it was moving. The air conditioning was dripping into the rooms carpet which made it wet the entire day. Someone threw up in the outdoor pool and I informed the staff and no one came out to clean it.

We stayed in the tower section that was pet friendly. We felt very secluded and unbothered as we definitely were a rowdier group. The hotel staff is nice and accommodating. Even though the room was not “ocean front” we could still see the beach and ocean from our side balcony. Great experience and affordable. We will be back!

I was disappointed that the patio of lounge chairs you see in pictures does not exist, nor does the gift shop. The dining facility was not as pictured either and the outdoor sitting option was very basic. The pool faces the parking lot and 2 large buses sat right outside the pool the entire time. We enjoyed the location away from the busy boardwalk area and the views from the room were amazing.

Moldy walls in the room. Smelly room.Broken fridge, replaced it twice. Broken coffee maker. Room cleaner walked in on me in my underwear without even knocking. Broken elevators. Rude staff. This place needs to be reported to the department of health and closed down. I’m not exaggerating one bit. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was $50 a night. Ceiling is peeling off in the room and black mold underneath. Pathetic. Really put a damper on what was supposed to be a fun mini vacation.

We liked the beachfront location, the restaurant. Room service was really poor, we had to ask to empty trash, take dirty towels out and leave fresh ones, beds were never made, floor not swept, carpet not vacuumed. Our stay was for 4 days

I like that the beach wasn't crowded. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant was okay and was in the pricier side. Parking space was a little tight. And the pools were on the smaller side but loved that you had the option to do an indoor or outdoor pool. I love the balcony view and the room looks great. I like that they’ve had a live band, I just wish they played longer.

Nice stay

Love the location. Convenient eatery with the best mac & cheese. Fun band playing just outside the adjoining outside eatery. Loved being able to bring my dog. No info in room concerning eatery hours, local businesses or pool hours. There was a roach in the bathroom. No bag in the trash bin. I general the room could use an update.

This hotel is reasonably priced (during the week anyway) and offers ocean front rooms and beach access…it was perfect for a simple getaway. But…They hosted a volleyball charity event that they cannot reasonably accommodate for in terms of parking. We left to grab dinner while the event was taking place and came back to a full lot…We circled around the lot and parking garage for a while but couldn’t find an open space. We spoke to the lobby staff and was told to park in front of the lobby and come back later (bedtime) to move our cars. Sorry, but paying guests with rooms should have priority parking. Event attendees can park elsewhere. Or just don’t host events that you can’t accommodate for. Many other hotel guests were driving around looking for spots and getting frustrated as well. Webpage- advertises that hot breakfast is available. Available is the keyword. At first, I thought breakfast was included in our stay. Then I re-read the wording later and realized that may not be the case. When we arrived, we asked and were advised that there is a restaurant that serves breakfast but it is not complementary. The “hot breakfast available” phrase should be removed as it is confusing and potentially misleading- especially when “restaurant” is already listed as amenity. The hotel also needs to add more sand showers and invest in more luggage carts. There are 18 floors and only ONE luggage cart and sand shower was available, at least from what I saw.
