Staff was exceptional. Room spotless, but the thermostat didn’t work. It was 77 degrees in the room, the up/down arrows didn’t work. The only options were heat, air conditioning or off. It was late when we arrived, so we just turned off the heat & opened the balcony door. Also, none (not even on floor 2) were the ice machines working. We were told it was from busted pipes.

Our stay here was awesome. The staff was helpful, kind, and clear and the rooms were extraordinarily clean. We will absolutely stay in this little Inn at the end of the strip again!

The room smelled strongly of cleaning fluids which made it unpleasant and difficult to breathe for the entirety of my stay! The place and the furnishings in the inn and the room were run down and less than uplifting. The wifi was out for 2/3 of my stay with no one able to do anything about it until the last day. Very disappointing. However, the staff was nice.

We have been staying here for d as most 9 years Multiple times a year. It’s a perfect location for us. Unfortunately has to cut this stay short because I hit sick. But looking forward to the next stay.

Stuff was me the elm Curtis. We complained a few times had a long day of traveling when we got to our room. The TV malfunction, of course, we just called for assistance. we were then told mainness, was not there. Respectfully, that is fine. They told us we could use a different room. We got to that room. We had the same problem. So no big deal to some inconvenient to us. We were told there'd be some sort of compensation. I've never were or received that

The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. The heat/ventilation system had a loud rattling making it impossible to sleep. We contacted management to have both looked at/fixed. Neither was repaired.
