Really enjoyed the view from the rooms and the ease of access to the beach. The pools were usually pretty clean. The location to the boardwalk was nice as you could walk down fully one way and take the trolly/bus back up. I had only a handful of pleasant experiences with the front desk. All staff usually had some type of attitude, and seemed generally annoyed when you asked for anything or questions, sometimes just flat out ignoring. The first time we asked for a room service, I had to ask a few times to get them to come up. The servers at the outside restaurant/bar we usually very nice (I'm assuming just because they got tips). Towards the end of our trip there were certain guests who were just obnoxious and the hotel staff did not do anything about it. Overall it was a nice time (because we don't get away often) but we will most likely be choosing a different hotel.

I understand that this is an oceanfront Holiday Inn but renovations are beyond needed. Upon arriving my room was dirty there was with gooe on my night stand, the phone was dirty and the pillow cases had dirt on them. This Hotel still has the old carpet from when it was first built cause odor . The staff eas nice at the front desk but housekeeping doesn’t do a good job, definitely bringing cleaning supplies. Other than cleaning and remodeling the hotle is soild for location and amenities. Its directly on the beach so that is a plus! Beautiful views and great kid friendly things to do suxh as a theater, kids club and multiple pools on site. I would rate this hotel a 6 giving location and amenities but if I have a choice Would not stay hear unless all others were booked

Overall, everything was fine. The breakfast was very expensive for the quality offered. It was a bit far from all the restaurants and shops, but the staff was very friendly.

I'll stay at the Holiday Inn was pretty mediocre nothing to run home about other than the great access to the beach. The beds in the room were not comfortable at all. They were very high hard to climb into for a peaceful rest. The sweets were awkwardly design having the sink outside of the bathroom was a little awkward the positioning of Things in the bathroom we're also awkward i.e. the light switch was behind the toilet as well as the toilet paper handle, which were very hard to access.

STAY AWAY!!

This place is horrible. Checked in, went to our room. Opened the door and the smell of mold took our breath away. Moved to a second room, it didn't smell as bad. After looking around the room, it was definitely not clean. There was trash on the floors, lip marks on the balcony door, and an appearance of some bodily fluids on the beds. Moved to a third room for the night, this was after waiting over an hour for the second room to be cleaned. Our third room was not even the type of room we booked, but it was until a room of our booking style was available. The next day, we got our suite. Not the cleanest, but we dealt with it. Sofa bad mattress was stained and so flat you couldn't sleep on it. We asked for another mattress, or roll away bed at the front desk. Front desk said it would be a double, but it wasn't. Staff that delivered the roll away took it back and accused us of cursing him out, not the case at all. Manager calls us and gets us two mattresses off a roll away bed to use on the sofa bed. Hotel did refund half of our trip. Contacted hotels.com chat support and was told they would be refunding the rest. After their agent stayed this, they went back on it and said they couldn't. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Hot tub was down the whole time. Patio door did not work correctly and was hard to open. Was not given my breakfast cards at check in. Air conditioner barley worked. No bible in night stand. And was difficult to understand half the staff when speaking with them.

Over all great experience but at the check in the staff was lost and did not know how to accept cash. I kid you not the first girl who helped me was “ not sure” if they accept USD as payment

Meh

Unimpressed by this hotel. The hotel overall was messy, it needed to be vacuumed terribly. We were told we had ocean view, that was a stretch. Very noisy hotel. Staff was lounging around with friends in office in the evening. Just an odd vibe.

Not happy with my stay

The room was constantly damp as the air conditioning was turned off upon our arrival. The room was dirty. A used tissue was left on the desk. The TV remote worked intermittently. The door to the balcony was difficult, at best, to open, and the glass doors were dirty, so there was not a good view of the ocean. I would not stay here again.

Room service was basically non-existent. Faculty would have been fine for the cost if services were provided. Kids playing inappropriate music at the pool, was like no one was in charge.

This hotel is in a perfect location right on the boardwalk. The dining and bar were excellent and there were so many activities for families. Also had two wonderful pools!
