The grab n go breakfast was great and a good value.

The location is decent between Times Square and Central Park, but you can see that just by looking at a map. This property really shows its age. The carpet in the halls is tearing apart and is taped together at the seams. The rooms are worn and dirty. We would have had a nice mid-town view, but the windows were filthy. The first room we were put in had no black out curtains or shades, so the room was never got dark. And the water was luke-warm at best. I would tolerate the condition for a bargain, but this was no bargain. Also, they surprised us with a $35 per day fee. They claimed it covered food and activities, but it didn't in reality. The only activity that interested us (bike rentals) turned out to be not available. As for food, the place has a standard breakfast buffet you can get in any mid or low-tier hotel in America. The price they quoted to us: $47 per person (hahahahah). That price is essentially screaming that you can find a much better breakfast for less a short walk in any direction from this place. Overall: I will not stay here again. There are better, newer, cleaner options in the area.
