The Primm resort is all but closed. The place is under staffed which makes the workers overwhelmed. I'm was pleasantly surprised how upbeat they were. Our room looked like it hadn't had an update since the eighties. It lacked pillows and the cabinet doors were just laying on the floor. All of the other Primm facilities were 🔒. Why charge a resort fee with no resort.

Some staff were helpful others not There is no valet and the portico is closed if for outdoor tables? There is no clear signage to reception The distance between reception and my room was about a quarter mile The room was poorly lit but clean apart from the bath which needs to be replaced There was only one food choice and service was slow and the food poor Apart from gas most everything around us closed The price was very affordable

We never arrived the ramp to exit which is the only one in town was closed it took us 25 miles past and expected us to come back 25 miles. We arrived at Vegas sooner than the 50 miles.. we are awaiting our refund

Traveling from Colorado to California and we stayed one night at Primm Valley resort. Staff was friendly, casino was pretty quite. The restaurant food was good. We just had hamburgers and fries and those fries were the best we have ever eaten. Crispy outside, tender inside and just wonderful. Would stay again.

I could only get scolding hot water or ice water no Happy in between in the shower I had to request towels that weren’t in there. The wheels on the dust chair were falling off. The lamps didn’t work one look like it was from 1960. The wallpaper is peeling it too is from the 60s. This place is disgusting.

The hotel wasn't laid out very well. Check in was very slow. ALSO, they wouldn't let us Check in 15 minutes early. So we went back at 3 pm to find out that our room would be ready in about 15 to 25 minutes. We waited and got a that our was in a accident with a semi truck, so we went back to the main desk and canceled our roon.they told us to contact Expedia to get our money back.So let me know when this will happen.Thank you
