My husband has difficulty walking and they put us quite a ways from the parking lot, the reception and casino. The luggage racks were locked together so I a 68 year old woman had to drag our luggage to our room. When we got to the room we had items that needed to be refrigerated, however, our refrigerator didn’t work. When I tried calling the front desk the phone didn’t work either, it had wires coming out of it! So I finally called the front desk and they said they would send maintenance over right away. An hour and a half later I went to the front desk and asked when maintenance was coming and the woman said that they don’t have a maintenance service. I told her that I was told that maintenance was going to come and she became very rude and told me again that they didn’t have maintenance, so I asked if we could be switched to another room closer to the entrance and she said NO! there weren’t any other rooms available to us. I said someone was lying and she asked the other woman if she said that they had maintenance and she said yes and that she had spoken to me and was amazed that they hadn’t come to fix things. She would get someone there. I told the first woman that I wanted to be there when they came that I don’t trust strangers with my things and she yelled that “FINE if we weren’t there then maintenance wasn’t supposed to do anything”. Maintenance did come right away and he had to bring another refrigerator. The other refrigerator didn’t work either.

Beds both were terrible and sloped to the outside probably broken down by age. No updates at all and the hotel is so old and dirty. Lady at the front desk told me we had to park at the front and walk through the casino so I carried two kids and bags that way then found out there was another parking lot and door right by our room

The only reason we stayed here is lack of other options in the desert. Thankfully, I’ve traveled a lot and can deal with it. I’ve stayed in worse. But no working faucet in the bathroom was easily remedied by the tub faucet. Thankfully that worked. Oh yeah, the ice machine was broken too and there’s no fridge. Just have low expectations and you’ll be fine here.

It was a very uncomfortable stay. There was one hand towel, the air conditioning was broken in the hot weather, had to walk very far to room. When asked where room was they said oh down that hall and didn't say could park in the back lot. Not helpful at all. Long line at 11:30 p.m. to check in.

THERE WAS POOP! FECES IN MY ROOM! AND EXPEDIA REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY REFUND STILL. Thankfully Primm Valley Resorts gave me a refund. Very disappointed in Expedia. I’m not paying for poop in my hotel room. Ruined my vacation.

Whiskey Pete!

As a Fallout fan, 10/10! I wish i had gotten to stay at Whiskey Petes but it was all worth it either way! As far as the room goes though- while it has that New Vegas Casino feel, it could use some non-ripped curtain & shower curtains. Asked for accessible and got, what felt like, the furthest room ever (Honestly cant remember tbe room # but it was far as HECK). Didnt want to have fo walk all tbe way back to the lobby lol. They arent deal breakers and id still stay there again! Great for the price, Bonnie and Clyde car was there! Food on property, gas. I super hope they reopen Whiskey OR Buffalo Bills.(I think they use this one for events now). I believe Whiskey Pete had a few years to re-open, unsure, very little info about it!

Not Recommended- Very dated & dirty.

Pricing was good, but you get what you pay for. The hotel is very dated. Over grown weeds, walls cracked & breaking, wall paper peeling off or missing in some areas. The outside had sewer roaches everywhere!!! When you have a phobia with them, it just made it more uncomfortable. The Hallway carpet was dirty & coming up in spots. The entire place smelled like cigarettes & mildew. The elevator has parts of the wall missing & broken, walls were dirty, the ceiling tiles were missing & broken too. Dirt stains here & there, all over from the hallway to the elevator. The room, it was 90% clean. The dresser top was just covered with glass & not cleaned. So you can see the nastiness under. The floorboard framing was breaking. The tube had stains. Surprisingly the bed wasn’t too bad but the sheets were stiff, it felt cheap. Thank goodness there were no roaches or bugs inside. I checked & didn’t find anything. Overall, just wasn’t anything I would recommend, unless you have no other choice….let we did. We were so tired. We just got up, got dress, brush our teeth & left.

Hideous! Do Not Stay Here!!

The floor was sticky. The reservation shows a bathrub and yet they did not guve me a room with one.Supposed to be smoke free rooms and yet the rooms smell like cigarette smoke!
