Property looks and feels old. Bold warning signs on door warning about guests, which leads me to believe it has partying and/or prostitution problems. Elevator is slow and the pool looks like a biohazard. I probably should have spent the additional $10/night for a different hotel.

There was some fighting in the parking lot that woke me up at 4:15 AM and the breakfast was cold and not a good selection at all. I woke up in the morning and there was a big spider running across the floor. After that I didn't get back to sleep.

They didn’t have any extra towels or blankets when we asked he said that it will take forever because he has to wash and dry them and he had no time. The person seems like the only person working. Roaches were found in the bathroom, shower was nasty and the floors were sticky.

Property is in a good location. Several areas of dining within close proximity and some within walking distance. The Lobby area bordered being too hot with the doors being held open intentionally by management. The elevator was too hot and not a good initial presentation for the business.
