While the location was convenient for me, the property itself was average at best. The staff at the Desk tried their best, but overall not my greatest experience with a hotel. Everything seemed dirty, kind of used and abused. The parking garage elevators smelled like urine. My hotel room was only serviced two times out of the five nights I was there. Each time it wasn’t, I returned to find a do not disturb tag conveniently hanging on the handle that I know I did not leave. And my hotel room overall while it had an amazing view it wasn’t designed thoughtfully. The shower was difficult to use as it was piped in incorrectly. The floor of the shower was dirty and dingy and could use a good scrubbing with some bleach.There was no counter space for a lady to do what she needed to do for make up or hair. The walls were sloppy dinged often marked with scuffs scratches cracks. I don’t think it was a good value for the price. Definitely not up to the standard I expect from a Hilton hotel.

I was welcomed at late check-in with a smile and prompt service, after a long travel day. Front desk staff, Natasha was courteous, pleasant, and very helpful to me and my family. Our room had a great view of the waterfront and that was a treat for us. I will definitely stay here again! Thanks Natasha, you’re the best!

This is a beautiful location with historic relevance. Aging facilities, outdated window treatments. Shoddy repair work on basic facilities. Get a drone window washing service to clean exterior windows. Breakfast good, weak as water Coffee though. Staff pleasant friendly, but clearly overwhelmed with numerous chore sharing. Housekeeping lax most likely short staffed. DIY shower remodel in our room well below a Hilton standard. There was not a towel rack or counter space with shelves to accommodate our toiletries. We had to use shelf from a IKEA closet to store and use our essentials. Beds were comfortable. TV nice size. The one chair had stains on it ugh. Also many spill stains on upholstery in the lobby furniture. Elevator antiquated and super slow. This hotel is long overdue for remodeling, wonder why it hasn’t been done!

Room was not clean when I went into room. Trash and towels and bed was not made. Lady at the front said the breakfast was at a certain time and I paid for it and then when I went down they said there’s an event so it’s closed. So I paid for nothing. The air conditioner made a clicking noise all night so I didn’t get good sleep at all.

We stayed on the 3rd floor, the ice machines on the 2,3, and 4th floors were not working. The 2nd floor ice machine was leaking so bad that I was literally dripping water on the floor below. I paid for the room on Expedia and they charge my CC for the room, so paying twice, I had to call to get a refund, been several days since I called and still no refund, I’ll call again today. Dukes and Boots was going on a couple blocks away, not my type of crowd. Lots of noise at midnight. Room was clean, but the rest of the hotel was not. Not sure if something was wrong with the elevators, but it took 5 minutes for the elevator to come. Tried just walking down the stairs and you cannot even take the stairs to the first floor with out setting an alarm off. I walked down from the 3rd floor, saw the warning sign on the door, walked back up the the 2nd floor to ride the elevator to the 1st, I was not happy. I will not be staying here again…

The bathroom door was broken mirror cracked. Shower doors rusted at the boot on. Shower head was broken. Large gap underneath the door to the room. Breakfast buffet wasn’t good.

Property needs major updates and enhanced maintenance ...only one elevator working ...shower faucets not working properly ...barely satisfactory cleanliness ...stayed there many times before not the same ...not sure if I would stay there again.

The property did not meet expectations for cleanness. The bathroom needed a full cleaning, the elevator was operating so slowly that we had to take the utility elevator in the back, and we found some sort of bug in the room that we had to kill

Great location but needs a lot of help!!

This hotel is like a forgotten place. The place is old and needs a lot of work. It's the simple things like having the light switch where you can easily find it, or putting the towels in the bathroom instead of the cabinet under the television.

Not enough towels in room. Body wash missing from room. Sent up shampoo instead of body wash. No running cold water in shower. Only scalding hot water. Tub faucets not easy to use. Bathroom door came off hinge. Not able to close properly for privacy. And, I can't even get into the dining experience which had us waiting over an hour for our dinner. Overall disappointing experience. And, I brought along family who were in the room next door and also had horrible experience. I was dropping my granddaughter off at college & our Hilton stay won't be a good memory, to say the least. I'd ask to actually be fully refunded for my stay, if I could. Actually, I am asking.
