Staff on reception and resturant did not answer the phone, i rang on a external line for the room to get a reply. At breakfast the ketchup was first before the food, and the staff cleaned tables not by spraying the cloth and wiping but spraying into the air

What a wonderful hotel. A really great team in every department. Really easy parking right next door to the hotel. Lovely, large rooms with splendid views. Great bar and restaurant. Amazing breakfasts. I will definitely stay here again.

Best sausages I have ever had at a hotel buffet with proper scrambled eggs Room was top notch; we had a view of the bay The pool was a decent size so you can actually do some lengths All in all highly recommended

Great stay over my birthday- an unexpected upgrade to a fantastic king suite with extensive views over Cardiff Bay was a lovely surprise. Staff were friendly, professional and ready to help with any queries. Our spa experience was so relaxing and my facial possibly the best I’ve ever had. I’d love to return soon!

The room was clean and exctreemly comfortable. Staff were polight and very helpful. Spar was clean and again friendly staff. Lot of lovley shops nearby. Highly recomended I will stay there again.

The hotel is a little tired but it is spotlessly clean & the location & ease of walking to Cardiff Bay restaurants is great. In addition, what makes the hotel excellent is the staff. Jacques at check in was very helpful & Loretta at breakfast was fantastic but all staff we encountered were great. Fantastic early morning swim & delicious breakfast too. Great hotel - would definitely recommend!
