Clean and process is easy. Excellent, well thought out space with usable kitchen. They do charge for an extra car which I think is unnecessary since this hotel is in the "country" where parking is not at a premium like in the downtown area.

The cottage was perfect for 2 W soap towels & sheets provided w king sized bed TV & shower on 2nd floor Full kitchen with pots pans dishes dishwasher sofa bed Tv half bath on first floor. It was very clean almost like new - cottages were spaced out nicely also a pool. I would stay again! It is only 15 minutes to Easton's beach & cliff walk in Newport.

Truly lovely property and rooms are updated, clean and bright. We loved the mini kitchen, coffee maker and fridge. A full size Keurig as well as coffee cups, glasses and silverware all are very nice touches. The bed was adequate but not exceptional. The pool is very nice as well. We would absolutely stay here again

The place is gorgeous. Immaculate... REALLY CLEAN. And the decor was so cute. However there were a few things that we didnt liked. The shades...omg. no matter how hard we tried to arrange them, we still get the sunlight in our faces. We were in room 32. It was annoying. The fact that we wanted to relax since we are on vacation, wanted to sleep late, then go and explore Newport...but these shades were driving us crazy... makes me hesitate bout booking again. Maybe the apartments of 1 or 2 beds have diff shades. Idk.The other thing was the AC. It made a loud noise. I never got used to it and scared me all the time in the middle of the night. It was a loud bang, that sounded like somebody was trying to open our door. There is a beautiful vineyard right next to this hotel, there are a lot of nice restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies close to the place. We really liked it but the shades and AC were annoying.
