Renovations included a fabulous new kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Matching quartz counter for dining, accommodates four. The renovated bath includes a quartz vanity and dual shower heads. Insulation was installed in the walls and ceiling for additional sound proofing. Beautiful hardwoods throughout. This unit has been gently used by the current owner as a family summer getaway.
