They did not even attempt to honor the room upgrade that was supposed to be provided (based on availability) when booking through hotels.com, even though the upgraded rooms were available for sale on the hotel website directly at the same time. Service was terrible. The room came with a note that said they were pleased to offer a little treat for your stay, but it was just the note and no treat. The maid service knocked on the door at 9:01 am despite, or maybe because of(?) the privacy sign. The bathrobes were plush. The rest was giving 2 star experience not 5.

This is a very clean, beautiful hotel. The pool area is exceptionally nice. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very accommodating. My only issue was my room was on the 5th floor directly above the valet parking area. Car alarms were going off during the night repeatedly and sometimes the noise of revving engines. This was very noisy and interrupted my sleep. When I called to alert the staff, they offered to move me to another room, but it was 11:30 p.m. and I was in bed. I was then offered ear plugs, but I don't sleep with ear plugs. I don't like the way they feel.
